Really close to everything.
Nice views from the Hotel.
The Hotel is so tall you can see it everywhere!!
Rooms were good size and beds were comfortable. đ
Nice hotel with great staff and very comfortable beds. Pool was very nice and the restaurants were decent. Right across the street from Seneca Niagara Casino and a couple blocks from Niagara Falls.
I used it during my business trip and I was able to spend the perfect day on my business trip. I plan to use it again on my next business trip and thank you for your excellent service.

The room is big enough, the two double beds are comfortable, there is a coffee machine in the room, but the carpet is not very clean, it is best to wear your own slippers. The hotel is next to the waterfall, across the road is the waterfall park, and there are many restaurants around. In short, first-class location, second-class hotel.
The hotel's picture shows a highrise, but the hotel itself only takes fl 1-6. If you do not get the 6th floor, you will either get the view of the town or the back side of the quality inn bldg. You can use the elevator to the 18th fl and walk 1 fl up to have a birdeye view of the falls. Breakfast has to be preordered.
The landlordâs wife did a good breakfast, the room was very beautiful, the door lock was a bit old, and it was a bit far from the Great Waterfall, so it was fine to drive.
Location: Although the location is great as this hotel is very close to the visitor center. But at night the area around the hotel is very dark and seems unsafe.
Front Desk: A little too preoccupied with process and not really great at communication. We had booked a room with two queen beds online and paid in advance. At the hotel we requested if the same can be changed to one king size bed - the receptionist foolishly changed the room to one queen bed room !!
Restaurant: Great staff, very helpful and inviting and always ready to explain even the most basic things to foreigner like myself.
Cleanliness: Great Job !!
Decent price, clean, and not that far from the falls. Overall a decent motel.

AAnonymous UserNice location with room facing the river and balcony. Staff provided us with complimentary cookies when we purchased from the mini bar for something to eat in the middle of the night
GGuest UserCheck in was poor, the staff is poorly trained. Despite having a fully paid up booking my card was debited $87, for which they had no answer except apologising.
They said theyâll looking into the matter but canât do anything for now. They didnât issue me a credit note for the amount charged.
There was no wifi in the entire hotel during our entire stay , for which they could again only apologise đĄ. They couldnât get it up in 48 hours!
Breakfast was served with a frown,no smiling faces, except Mr Liberta who was helpful and courteous.
They couldnât serve plain hot milk and gave unripe fruits ( oranges and bananas) during breakfast .
NNicoleI came during the epidemic, so there is no cleaning service, but the hotel is very new, the corridor is very beautiful, there is a Starbucks on the first floor, but it is closed because of the epidemic. It is very close to the waterfall. It is a three-minute drive. The hotel has a free parking lot. Parking at the waterfall is $10 each. Haven't eaten the hotel breakfast. The room I stayed in was very large. It was a corner room with two large floor-to-ceiling windows. However, because the hotel is relatively short, there are only three or four floors with average views. The overall hygiene is quite good, that is, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel or something is not disposable, it is the kind of three bottles filled with a lot of liquid.
AAnnagel OlgaThe location is great, close to niagara falls, cafes and casinos. The room was clean except for the sink, which didn't let water in, and the closet with the ironing board, which hadn't been dusted for a long time. The pool is very small for such a big hotel. We did not like the breakfast, there was little food, at the next table, the family did not get breakfast and the manager said that nothing to do with that, it was strange for a Hyatt hotel.
GGuest UserGood location! It's walking distance to Niagara Falls State Park about 6 min. The room was big enough, a little outdated room but the bed was great and comfortable. It's perfect place if you are looking for an affordable room just for sleep. Generally, hotels in NY side of Niagara Falls are outdated to compare to Canadian side. I am satisfied with this stay!
PPibabaThe room is large. There is a microwave and refrigerator. It is an advantage. Others are very good. It is very convenient to take a car near the city center. Very good experience. I like the location. Everything else is OK. There is a free shuttle bus to the attractions. It is very convenient.
XXiaoxiaosouThe room is sealed and the air circulation is by air conditioning. The facilities are old and the air conditioning is very noisy. It is so noisy that you can't sleep when it is turned on, and it feels stuffy when it is turned off. The floor does not feel very clean.
DDANJINGThe family drove to Niagara Falls to play in the hotel near the waterfall. The hotel is opened by Indians. It is obvious that there are more guests in India and Pakistan, and breakfast can still be full. There are bread, milk, yogurt, eggs and homemade waffle cake. The hotel room is also relatively large, the double bed is also large, the sanitary conditions are OK, and it is more convenient to drive from the waterfall for seven or eight minutes. There is an Italian restaurant near the hotel, and it is convenient to eat. It is still possible from the price/performance ratio.
SShanOBGreat place with comfortable beds and a shuttle to the ******. Would definitely stay here again. Nice pool as well. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Including the Wagon Wheel with friendly people, good cheap food and beer. They give you passes to ride the shuttle bus which will take you to Niagara Falls and other places such as the ******. The passes are good for one full day. Front desk and cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
