Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Decent sized rooms. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff - specially the ones in restaurant and bar. Restaurant offers Indian and Chinese cuisine. Super air-con. It is a chain of hotels in Ghana owned by an Indian. Would surely stay there again - but on the lower floor where the shower pressure might be better. Hotel provides only two small bottles of water- so you may like to stock up. Also no hand towels provided in bathroom - and the bath towels were old and shabby.

This hotel has been designed, extremely well, to European standards. My room was clean, quiet, comfortable and had blackout curtains and plenty of well positioned plug sockets. The bathroom was excellent and the walk-in wet room shower was better than you'd find in the equivalent hotel in Britain. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate . The location, not far from a modern shopping mall, is good. We stayed in seven hotels/apartments while we were in Ghana and Togo. This was the best. If I was revisiting Kumasi, I would certainly stay here again. It sets the standards other hotels in this region need to attain.

Great customer service.. nice rooms, give the restaurant a try too! Stayed the week and had to switch rooms. Someone was there to help at all times. Overall great place and will be visiting again very soon
