Friendly staff and well appointed clean modern apartment with great views. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was spotless and well maintained. Kudos to the housekeeping and maintenance staff. The development also has a Starbucks and grocery store in the Oxygen Mall right next to the Hotel. There are also a couple of other malls within a 5 min taxi ride. Very convenient. We travelled from the airport to hotel via Grab app private hire car and it cost less than VND200k. Inexpensive and convenient. Travel to attractions in the city was fuss free with a daily free shuttle bus provided by the hotel. Driver was helpful and friendly. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, including the security at the front door. Special thanks to front desk staff Dennis and housekeeping staff Ngoc and Yloang. Thank you for making my family’s stay comfortable. Highly recommended this hotel.

I stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights... Maybe it's because it's been around for a while... When I called Grab, the drivers didn't seem to know the location. I always go out and look for it ㅠㅠ The view is so good I think there was a lack of explanation about the facilities that can be used. There is a swimming pool in front of the entrance and in the building next door, but I didn't use it because I didn't bother to inquire. There's also a fitness center. I had a good rest~~

The apar**ent was as described, with views of the entire city, great service, easy access, lots of amenities like restaurants, shopping, spas, and an infinity pool overlooking the entire city at night, which was impressive.

My husband and I spent 2 nights here and we never stepped out of Mia’s at all.. the level Of personalised interaction between guests and staff I would classify as the best ever experience on all my travels. From the second you are greeted at the lobby till you bid adieu .. you are made to feel very special and how you will be missed much ! The deco is of French elegance , beautifully done and not overly fanciful.. Just the right touch of elegance and classy. The pillows and mattress so delightfully comfortable and embracing.. the river view so enchanting .. Food presented very fine dining style and crispy fresh organic veges.. a delight to the eyes and palates.. I spent hours at the spa which is equally elegant and the services were awesome… Lieu my masseuse made sure for my preferences were followed perfectly as per how I want my relaxing of mind and body to be addressed.. all my sessions were done by her .. Our dining were fully entertaining by Sam, Resi, Nhee, and the team.. ALL were attentive at any given time .. Up on the rooftop The Muse was just as fascinating .. spending the evening with the awesome view of the river and fancy mocktails ( I am a tea totaller) tapas .. of course the warm friendly services of the Muse team.. Although Mia is not situated right smack in the city you can always take Mia’s boat to go to the city .. but we didn’t do that at all.. I wanted to savour every second at Mia.. after all we had already made plans to be in the city for the rest of our stay. I must say I regretted making such plans .. I should have stayed in Mia for the full 5 nights in Saigon.. Thank you Mia you made our stay such a pleasure and we would gladly return …

They are always willing to help and respond to all customer needs with thoughtfulness and professionalism. 3. *Modern amenities*: My room is fully equipped with modern and luxurious amenities. From sanitary equipment to furniture, everything is meticulously cared for to bring maximum comfort to customers. 4. *Great Cuisine*: The restaurant at the hotel offers delicious and diverse dishes, from local specialties to international dishes. I had the opportunity to enjoy some wonderful and unique meals throughout my stay. 5. *Clean and airy space*: The hotel is maintained clean and tidy at all times. I always feel comfortable and relaxed when staying here. Overall, my stay at Sonata was a memorable and wonderful experience. With quality service, comfortable space and convenient location, I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice. I will definitely return to this hotel on my future trips. The hotel room is good for the price. I would come back with pleasure. Merperla is an ideal choice for a business traveler or rather for someone specifically in Ho Chi Minh to attend an exhibition at the Saigon Convention Center. Its located in District 7 and the city comes alive around District 1. So if you are visiting HCM for business meetings or tourists, look for accommodation in District 1 or around. Merperla, however, is located minutes from the Convention Center and is a lovely hotel to stay in. Make sure you ask for rooms on the top floor facing the convention center for a lovely view. Rooms are spacious, equipped with all basic amenities to ensure your comfort. The hotel also offers in-room dining facilities and serves some decent choice of dishes. The would have only a dish or two if you are a vegetarian, however otherwise, a good menu to choose from. Portions and quality of the food - really good. The hotel also serves a good breakfast. The staff is friendly, accommodative and cooperative. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to the exhibition center almost every 20-30 minutes and immediately if you make a decent request to the staff. Make sure you book early to grab a good deal, otherwise the hotel is a little expensive (but worth it) compared to other good & limited stay options around the convention center. To sum it all, I had a comfortable and a really memorable stay at the hotel.

The apartment is clean and comfortable, the location is close to the convention and exhibition center, and it is a good business trip. There are also shopping malls nearby, and the supporting facilities are relatively mature, which is a good choice.
