We rested from 7 to 15 February 2020. We were very lucky not to have any Chinese at all, so we don't know what it is to live in this hotel with Chinese. But the hotel is new and clean. And so on the resepshen we met the staff who does not speak Russian at all, a little understand English, but well own online translators, so immediately write everything to the phone and translation goes to Russian. By the way, everyone on the note use such a service, it makes life easier because Vietnamese really don't understand Russian. On arrival we were immediately settled. The only thing we left passports as collateral (we were quietly returned when expelled). The boy was given the wine to the loader, he did not say anything in principle. The numbers. The room would book a standard city-view, but apparently due to the absence of the Chinese we were given a sea-view number. and it is certainly impressive as you lie down and immediately look at the sea in a window that goes from the floor to the ceiling. There are two bottles of water, tea and coffee in the room. On the first day of the settlement, they give a fruit plate as a present. But it's only on the first day, not every day. Everything in the refrigerator is paid. In the bathroom: shampoo, shower gel, soap, hat, tooth and stuff. Also in the room there is a safe we used for free. There is also an air conditioner in the room, but we used it only the day, for the night we turned it off and opened the door on the balcony. There is a TV, but we didn't use it. The room was cleaned every day as we pressed the corresponding button (you see it, it is next to the electronic key pad), towels and toilet paper also changed every day. The only minus that is in the room is small ants. I saw them at the sink and on the ceiling on the wall. But they were small, harmless and had fun more than they provided discomfort. Breakfast. Breakfast at the hotel is the Swedish table from 6 to 9.30am on the 6th floor. I can't say. that super diverse but you can eat. It was on a constant basis: fried eggs, sausages, bean, noodles and rice with vegetables, beans. Also there were vegetables baked, a couple of times chicken and duck chewed, butter, cheese squares, three kinds of sausages, vegetables (orange, tomato, pepper, onion, carrot and different leaves), fruits (marakuya. arbuz, ananas, dragon, papaya), bakery products. including cookies and cakes. Well and coffee, tea, milk, water and juice. If an early tour, they give lunch boxes, only they need to order from evening on the resepschen. The pool is also on the 6th floor. It is not big and not deep, but the view is very beautiful, Vietnamese includes music, gives a towel and can lie, bath and sun. This was our favorite place. We were there and had lunch, bought noodles in the shop, asked the staff to boil and cooked noodles and ate on the pool (there are tables and chairs with sofas). Also constantly asked for glasses for our alcohol, they always gave. It works until 22:00.

Super good, super good, highly recommended because there are not many tourists recently, the breakfast is not particularly rich, but the service is super good, the swimming pool is not very big, and when there are many people, you may order dumplings Does not affect the hotel environment Strongly recommended

Even if there is a difference in price between sea view and city view I chose the city view. It rained and rained, like a movie scene. It was really romantic to not appreciate it. The Russian restaurant in a small alley nearby also made me experience a luxurious taste.

The hotel is very close to the sea, the surrounding environment is quiet, but it is not in the pick-up area for a day trip to the sea. Fortunately, the hotel can pick up and drop off, the room is small, but it is clean and tidy, and the things are complete. It is very suitable for leisure and quiet people. The city, which can find such an environment, is rare.

I accidentally saw this hotel on Ctrip. I like the Japanese style very much. The location is a bit away from the city center and I was a little worried at first. It was a very satisfying experience after the actual booking and check-in! It is within walking distance from the beach, and I am happy to arrange it after requesting a sea-view room to the front desk. Unlike the beaches in the downtown area where the hotel is concentrated, the beaches here are more leisurely and comfortable. Free small fruits are prepared in the room every day, and there is a small gift coffee when checking out, which is especially heartwarming. One day a friend said that he wanted to buy something to eat at the seafood market and hoped that the hotel could process it for us. There was no such precedent, but the lady sisters and the manager asked for instructions. Finally, we had an unforgettable dinner in the hotel yard. The experience is really grateful and moved! Whether it's the young lady at the front desk, the restaurant or the little brother who helps with luggage, everyone has a sincere and kind smile on their faces, which made us really warm during the three days of staying. On the day of check-out, because the car was late to pick us up, the two of the hotel stayed with us to wait outside until the car arrived and took us away. I really felt that it was a hotel with dedicated service and customer first! Next time I come to Nha Trang or friends, I will definitely recommend it, thank you very much!
