Hotels near Nha Trang Train Station, Nha Trang

We stayed 2 nights in Ch N° 405 in this hotel. Good bed, good climate. Breakfast at the top, sublime view of Nha Trang, and excellent buffet, friendly staff at the restaurant. We booked the bus for Dalat at the reception, we must mix English & Tieng Vietnam, and then the receptionist's translator phone did the rest, and the next morning everything was well booked, we had doubts.

Wir haben die höchste Zimmer Kategorie gebucht. Es war das Zimmer auf der vorletzten Etage und das am höchsten gelegene mit Terrasse. Neunzehn Euro die Nacht ohne Frühstück in 2. Reihe hinter dem Strand mit Meerblick und guter Lage - so die Bilder und die Informationen. Schon die Gasse zum Eingang macht nicht wirklich einen guten. Man muss am Eingang einer Küche vorbei aus der es eher nicht so gut riecht immer mal Müll rausgeflogen kommt. Gut, da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Ein sehr netter Pförtner hilft einem -ob wann will oder nicht- mit dem Gepäck. Er wird einen auch aufs Zimmer bringen. Der Check In ging schnell und der Reisepass muss an der Rezeption bis zum CheckOut hinterlegt werden. Den bekommt man nicht zurück. Zum Glück waren wir zu zweit so dass wir noch einen Pass hatten um einen Scooter zu leihen. Wir kamen auf der Etage an direkt an der Zimmertür ein riesiger Aschenbecher (als Nichtraucher eklig) Rauchen im Zimmer verboten aber auf dem 2qm Flur und 1 cm vor dem Zimmer erlaubt? Es befinden sich jeweils 2 Zimmer auf den Etagen. Unsere Tür ging nicht ohne Gewalt zu. Absolut verzogen. Im Zimmer dann die große Enttäuschung. Das Zimmer ist in einem Flair gestaltet, der etwas zu altbacken anmutet (das wussten wir aber schon von den Bildern), dass es jedoch schon so herunter gewohnt war.. damit haben wir nicht gerechnet. Die Podeste, der gesamte Boden.. alles schwer beschädigt und das nicht zuletzt weil es auch gar nicht richtig gebaut wurde. Das klingt vll witzig aber: als hätte ein Bäcker das alles gebaut. Barfuß laufen (was ja Standard in Innenräumen in Asien ist) unmöglich wegen Verletzungsgefahr. Ich bin in den ersten Minuten mit den Füßen öfter an herausstehenden Nasen hängengeblieben und hat mir 2 mal die Fußsohle eingeklemmt zwischen den Brettern im Boden welche nachgegeben haben. Wir schlafen immer gern auf sehr festen Matratzen aber das runde Bett war keine Matratze, es war so hart dass es eher ein Brett war. Es war auch keine Matratze erkennbar. Hat keinen Zentimeter nachgegeben. Das Bettzeug wirkte auch verlebt und die Gardine an der Terassentür (welche überhaupt nicht dicht war) hatte viele Löcher. Die Glasscheiben an der Fensterfront waren leider keine Fenster sondern mit Silikon zusammen geklebte große Scheiben. Man hört von draußen alles und das der Boden auch so aufgegangen ist wundert mich nicht, da Wasser und Feuchte hier leichten Zugang haben. Es war nicht sauber.. der Computer (Tower, Tastatur..) war sehr schmutzig.. auch der Stuhl. Die Terasse war so nackig und die Möbel aufgerissen (Rattan).. wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt uns wussten, dass wir hier keine 7 Nächte verbringen werden. Wir haben die Zustände an Agoda übermittelt und auch der Rezeption bescheid gegeben, dass wir dies getan haben. Wir haben nicht gepoltert.. einfach nur mittgeteilt, dass wir uns nicht wohl fühlen und alles in einem wirklich sehr schlechten Zustand ist, wir uns aber nicht streiten wollen sondern einfach gehen möchten. great! Will come again next time, the staff service is very good! You can consider this restaurant next time you come to Nha Trang. The price is not only cost-effective but the service is also on point. Suitable for small families. Each room has a window balcony, and the city view is particularly beautiful at night. It’s quite enjoyable to drink while looking at the scenery and blowing in the sea breeze. The location of the hotel is also good, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. My room didn't include breakfast so I don't know how the restaurant is. Will try again next time. The air in Nha Trang is very good and not polluted.

Hotel on amateur! The rooms are small , but this is a hotel just for walking , not for resting in it without leaving it. The room has a refrigerator, a teapot, a closet (bathrooms), a shower normal and tropical , a bed soft , but you sleep well. Cleaning every day, filling of items and water, changing towels. Every day was given: tea, coffee, toothbrush, razor , watt sticks and shower hat. The hotel has a gym on the 20th floor (small but it is possible to do), sauna (almost warm) and hamm (heat be healthy), work from 16-00 to 17-00 The pool on the 21st floor is also modest , but combined with the hamm was great. The pool is children's and adults in one place . On the 21st floor of a cafe , where you can order juices , alcoholic beverages and food. On the 1st floor, the restaurant where breakfast is the Swedish table. Let's say so slightly above average, not many dishes, but the quality of their preparation is noticeable. After breakfast in the restaurant to 20-00 you can order on the menu! Location in the vain , near the market in a couple of minutes walk , beach with lotus in five minutes walk , supermarket winmart in a minute walk , various cafes, muzzles, street food , rolled around the hotel . The hotel is worth its money, but it is not all !

The price is not expensive. If you choose it, it depends on the price. You can choose it from the beach and close to the church. The second floor is very noisy, and the sound insulation is poor. Others put water in to bathe and make a lot of noise. It is recommended to choose a better one during the day.

A friend and a friend took a burning tour in December 2019. Settled at 12 hours after our request. The room is spacious, two huge beds, a large bathroom. But the repair is already tired. However, as well as all the textiles in the room (bedroom, towel, coats), but clean, washed. From the pluses - A chic view from the window. There is both sea, mountains and perspective to the north of the city. A small semi-sphere balcony, very beautiful with balconies. Windows are panoramic. And the beautiful area of the pool on the 7th floor with the same style as the balcony. The pool is taken care of, cleaned. So ”self” - Breakfasts. After 7 hours there is no dessert, few fruit. But omlet and broth with noodles can be breakfast. From the downsides - friend on the resepschen of the solid species was always irritated, hamel to tourists, begin to ask for the key from his room (give one for two), he - speak English, I don't understand, whistle with hands. Although half of the tourists are stopped by Russians. And when evicted it was late at night, he said there was no one pair of shoes in the room, you need to pay 50 dongs. So the bus was already waiting, there was no time to get up again, something to prove, and the passports were not given until they were calculated. Stayed only 1 nite here but all the best is in Dqua Hotel. Before checking to Dqua Hotel, our group had a short trip to Đầm market, Đầm is a bigest market in Nha Trang, if you want to buy gift for your family nowhere better than Dầm Market. After shopping, we moved to Dqua Hotel for checking in. It took us only 5 minutes to get to Hotel. D’qua staff welcome us very profectional, lugguge & welcome drink was readly for us. A cold welcome drink after walking trip was so amazing. Room is beautifull and clean, all our requests for whole old member was arranged standard, we all total satified about room. We had no time to go to the fool, but my friend said that it was chill with panorama view from 31 floor. Breakfast was not too big but enough for us to get energy for next destination, One thing I want to recomment for this Hotel is coffee. I knew Việt Nam is king of coffee but coffee in Dqua Hotel is the best of the best. Lobby staff was welcome & friendly from our arrival to departure. We took lot of pic together. Hope to comeback here in a soonest time to see them again. We hightly recomment this hotel for all.

Breakfast was outstanding, especially the pho served in the corner. A little loud on the rooftop, so i asked for a room change. They were very helpful and understanding and changed the room right away. Location is good very close to attractions and shopping.

We had reservations for a suite 1 bedroom ocean view room, and the pictures on the Capital One travel website showed this room with a round bed and ocean view. However upon arrival, the manager (“Hoc”? On 08Nov22 afternoon) tried to put us in an inferior room facing a building with 2 beds and a partial ocean view. When went back down and refused this room He said his system showed this is what I reserved and paid for. I showed him my prepaid reservation clearly showing otherwise. It also didn’t make sense, as his room was only $28 for 2 nights and we paid $68 per my reservation receipt for the suite 1bd ocean view. While there clearly was some miscommunication in the reservation systems, Instead of acknowledging and honoring my reservation documents, and dealing with the problem between vendors in the background, he said mine were a “lie”! Yes actual quotes! Even though my payment clearly indicated there was no way I reserved the inferior room he put me in. Over the course of the next half hour, we went back and forth, him upping the room type and me showing him pictures of the room I reserved and requesting that room. He even said that I could NOT have that room because they “sold out 10 minutes ago” and maybe I could “try again tomorrow to switch rooms if available”. I then showed him on my phone that Booking.com shows 3 of these rooms still available - and he said it was “lie”, again! So I showed him on Agoda.com the same fact; he just shook his head. I then called Capital One Travel and they talked to him via my phone as they couldn’t reach his office internationally. FINALLY after all this I got the room I paid for. But I was not happy about this check-in experience. It tainted our whole stay here. Perhaps it was just a one off with this manager, but his behavior demonstrated a serious lack of customer service, common courtesy, logic given the rate we paid, and integrity. We question how the hotel could tolerate such behavior and concluded he must have the support of his management to have been so aggressive and bold in his actions. We will NEVER stay here again as a result.

I am very happy when I coming and staying hotel Le's cham. I coming to early at 7am but receptionist so support to me special Nhan Nguyen, manager in front desk. She's help all my request. Beside that, she had explained all hotel policies for me. And then when I stayed room was better. Wonderful. I will come back on August.
