We ended up staying 2 nights here if we had time we would have stayed longer the location the cleanliness and the staff here all add up to be one of our best choices Could not be any closer to the beach nor the hub for this price It’s literally 1 mins to get a morning coffee smoothie and across the road to the beach which is perfect for swimming and lounging on the chairs for hours I would highly recommend this hotel best pick for us so far We would definitely recommend to our friends and fellow travelers 😊 In all our hotel stays I have to say this one is up on the top 3 list Viet nam hotels are a bit hit and Miss but don’t just look at the price check the hotels out and you will be very surprised at what you find Cleanliness is one of the most important things for me when choosing a room

This hotel has a very good location and close proximity to the beach. If you're renting a bike they have free underground parking and a very good spa and roof swimming pool. You definitely get value for money at this hotel and the location you at.

Very good hotel in the middle segment. We rested for three weeks in December 2024, and we had only good impressions. The location of the hotel in the very center of the city, next to the theater. We were even lucky enough to go to the theater for a touring concert of symphonic music and opera singers on December 14. Very impressed! We really liked all the reception staff, nice, helpful and all our questions were resolved quickly. It so happened that both when checking in and when leaving the hotel we were accompanied by a very nice girl Ms. Nhung, she immediately explained everything and helped us throughout our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay during the holiday season at Panama Nha Trang! This hotel has a great location right next to the beach of Nha Trang and is located in a predominant tourist area. They do a great job of welcoming you into the hotel and offering you a lemon tea as they check you in and bring your stuff up. Staff are very friendly as well. One thing that I did not anticipate and that I felt was not clearly expressed to me prior to booking was paying the $50/500k deposit. You do receive your money back upon check-out but that was an unexpected fee -especially when they only take cash. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and modern. The hotel has 30 floors with a great rooftop view on the top deck with pool, and a breakfast buffet on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was quite nice quite a variety of options including dim sum, freshly cooked brunch items, and classic Western breakfast items such as pancakes and eggs. The hotel caters to a lot of tour groups so you can expect busloads of tourists from overseas as well. I really appreciate the supportive staff when we visited. Unfortunately during our visit, we got scammed by the taxi drivers in the area and he was trying to get us to agree to a drive to the airport. The staff were incredibly supportive in helping us get away from him and we felt really protected from the upsetting experience. We absolutely recommend this hotel again for the staff that goes above and beyond!!

A very nice hotel and amenities. During first night, some hiccups over shower screen door but the counter leader, Thanh was fast enough to arrange necessary check and change of room. Even though I tried ro be a little bit difficult, Thanh was always on a smile to address concern. Thumbs up to the organisation for having Thanh as their employee. Thanh deserved to be praised and rewarded by the hotel organisation for good service attitude. Room were clean and big. Amenities are good too. Staff are always ready to help as our dad has difficulty walking, the security guard and bell boy there will always rush forward to help and hold our dad when walking up the hotel front entrance stairs. All of the hotel bell boy and security guards deserve to be praised and rewarded by the organisation too. Thank you! We will be back again.

I live the hotel rooftop view and the swimming pool, however the only one thing I don't like is I arrived way too early due to sleeper bus timing and they aren't helpful in helping me to check in early I waited from 5am till 2pm at the hotel just so I can check in But I do enjoy and liked their amenities, they hv huge lobby too, it is breakfast included but unfortunately I missed out the breakfast as I overslept

I recently stayed at New Sun Hotel Nha Trang from 24/06/2024 to 26/06/2024. Despite being a 3-star hotel, the services felt like a 5-star experience. Conveniently located in the city within walking distance to the mall, night market, and Nha Trang beach, it offered easy access to attractions. We booked a spacious and clean family room. The hotel staff, notably Miss Trang at the counter, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Miss Trang for her assistance. I look forward to returning and booking this hotel again in the future.

We came back again due to the amazing previous stay and we are in awe again by the excellent service by the hotel crew. Our free rental bicycle from the hotel broke down in the middle of a highway. We informed the reception and they sent help in 5 minutes! Brought us back to the hotel safely and we couldn't be more grateful enough. Thanks again, Seaesta!

The room is quite big, and the price is worth it. It is very convenient to check in by motorcycle, and you don't have to go to the basement to park. The room is very clean. There is a small shop at the door of the hotel, which is also very convenient.

I have stayed at this hotel for several times. I like everything. The room is spacious, the room is cleaned every day. Everything is very clean. There is a nice balcony where it is nice to sit in the evening. Great vview from the window. Beach is 3mins walk. There is a nice pool and recreation area on the roof. So everything is fine. Thanks
