Couldn’t fault this hotel at all, decent rooftop pool, decent breakfast, good big room. Clean and quiet. And a very good location.

Breakfast was outstanding, especially the pho served in the corner. A little loud on the rooftop, so i asked for a room change. They were very helpful and understanding and changed the room right away. Location is good very close to attractions and shopping.

Located in a room with a limited view. Windows come out of the hotel, but it is not embarrassing. On the 12th floor, a classy pool with a panoramic view. The hotel is a little crowded because of the lack of Chinese. Breakfasts are very simple and moderate, but they serve a variety of fruits, which is an indispensable advantage. The only minus is very good hearing, everything is heard in the hallway. In the room sets : tooth set (brush + pasta), haircut, shower hat. Shower gel and shampoo are not single-time, but simply poured in the container. Also updated by 2 bottles of water every day. The location is very convenient, a little far from the road noise, but at the same time close to the sea and supermarkets, various institutions.

В целом очень неплохой отель, но есть много, но. Мы сейчас тут и начинают приезжать по чуть чуть-чуть китайцы, кто знает что это, хорошо, а кто нет - то это рой крикливой саранчи. После них пусташь. Завтраки определённо на 3-, но жирный плюс это разнообразие фруктов если успеете до саранчи и соотечественников. В остальном не далеко высокая кухня, скорее средняя заводская столовка. Уборка просто 2. Мусор (в пакетах) и песок почти не убирают. Приходиться самим убираться (полотенце для ног мочить и протирать пол). Мусорку убирают если что. Стабильно меняют полотенца и добавляют воду (4 бут. Воды в холодильнике платные). Прикольный двух зонный басик на 7 этаже с шикарным видом на море. Есть небольшая тренажерка, 2 бильярдных стола американки и настольный футбол. На 6 эт. Спа мы его еще не посещали , но постояльцам 30% скидка. Номера в целом не большие, но все необходимое есть - халаты, резиновые тапки, даже зубные щетки. Тв LG по ним только пропаганда и деградируещее 1, россия и еще какая хрень. Берите Тв приставки, деревянные рамки можно аккуратно отодвигать от стены снизу на себя и порт hdmi вам в помощь, рядом розетки. Душь забивается помогаетутые резиновые тапки (ногой хлопаете по сливу и пробиваете засор). Отдельно могу сказать, что локация очень удобная. Центр, внизу магазин с хорошим алкоголем и по хорошим ценам и черездорогу минемаркет, ночной рынок и многое другое.

Staff are very friendly and helpful.( I had a problem with local guide and they helped me to solve the problem.) I even enjoyed the sounds of morning. (School, dogs, wedding party,motorcycle and chicken) Very clean with great cleaning services. The location is almost perfect for me. A few minutes away from beach and center of Nha Trang. Clean gym, great breakfast, great view from 33th floor and amazing swimming pool on the roof top. Room price was absolutely bargain for this kind room. I stayed suit room for 8 nights. Definitely, I will come back this hotel in the future. Thank you.

The hotel is amazing! Villas are clean and comfortable. The hotel staff are very friendly and always try to help. I would especially like to mention the managers Ha Nguyen and Viet Nguyen, who made our stay as comfortable as possible and solved all our problems. I liked this hotel. It actually has 5 star potential. However a few things need to be addressed. First may I say I found the staff to be kind and helpful. The room are nice for the price. However 2 things kind of upset me. The first thing is when something breaks you are told it will be fixed but days later it won't be. Even after asking 3 different times. Secondly, the maid. There were 2 of them and while one was perfectly fine the second one had an attitude as soon as the door opened. She would stare at me and start laughing. She'd start saying things in Vietnamese to he coworker and without knowing the language I knew she was degrading me. I don't know why but it was very obvious. I started to just take the water from her and tell her not to clean. She'd go through my trash in front of me and start showing things to the other maid and just start laughing. I travel a lot and this was a first for me. Lastly, I was there for 4 weeks. She left coffee 3 times. Shampoo and bath gel 3 times. All I 4 weeks. I don't know if she takes it home or if the hotel gives her a bonus to not leave it but that was her way of doing things. I always tip maids and I did the first couple of nights until I realized she wasn't leaving anything and I quit. I went out and bought shampoo and coffee as I could see I couldn't rely on her for anything. Her attitude alone cost the review 2 stars and if she keeps this up with other guests they need to look at making a change.

I spent three days with my family in the Alma Resort, our room type is the oceanfront villa has 3 bedrooms with a private pool, this was a wonderful villa. I can say this is the most beautiful resort recently and can say it was 5 star + and we absolutely loved it. Especially, there were 12 pools, a beautiful beach which was clean and plenty of sunbeds to relax on at the pools and beach. A multitude of things to do, yoga in the morning, a water park, mini golf, a tennis course, and even a cinema. The Service Center and Receptionist were friendly, they answered all our questions and also made sure we had everything we needed. We can't thank you enough for all of the staff. We were a bit sad we couldn't spend more time at this resort and we will come back here for the next holiday. Thanks a lot!

Accommodation - Wow, the view is really the best. The cleanliness is also the best. Usually, Southeast Asia has a musty smell, but it doesn't here. It wasn't humid, the bedding was soft, and there were so many places to charge. There were plenty of towels. Breakfast - The breakfast menu was extensive and there was a lot to eat. About 6 or 7 types of smoothies and juices? The breads and rice noodles were delicious, and the banh mi, porridge, and yogurt were varied and delicious, so I enjoyed breakfast all three days. Service - Because it was the Chuseok season, they provided traditional bread and cleaned the room while I was in the room. Instead of cleaning the room by closing the door, they quietly came and cleaned it when I left the room and kept it clean every time. The water quality was so good that I could use just one shower filter for three days haha. Additional facilities - I wasn't able to use the swimming pool, rooftop bar, or amusement facilities, but I took a quick look and the quality was very good. There is also a coffee shop in the hotel lobby with a Google rating of 4.8. Pizza for Biz and Lotte Mart are 3 minutes away, so the location is great. There are Korean staff, so check-out is easy and of course you can store your luggage, so pack your bags and travel on the last day. Overall review - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I go to Nha Trang, I want to stay again and use the spa, swimming pool, and rooftop. Haha. It's 5 stars for this price... I recommend it without question.

We booked the hotel for 2 nights and because we enjoyed it so much we extended it for one more night, The room is so clean and so big, The View of the ocean is amazing, The breakfast buffet is excellent which was prepared by the French chief Philip, During breakfast the General manager was around and he had a peasant conversation with us and he wanted to be sure that every thing is fine with our stay, We really recommend staying in this hotel.
