Couldn’t fault this hotel at all, decent rooftop pool, decent breakfast, good big room. Clean and quiet. And a very good location.

One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We stayed 6 nights. The hotel is just 5 mins walk to the beach and has an amazing (small) pool with ocean view at the rooftop. Not many sunbeds so try to get there early. We had a room with sea view and a huge, super comfortable bed (2 single beds together). Sparkling clean modern room and the breakfast was great as well. As we are vegetarian the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes, preparing something vegetarian every day just for us. We will never forget how friendly, professional and genuine the people at DTX were. From the general manager Mr. Nguyen Trong who made sure to greet every guest personally in the morning and teach us some words in Vietnamese, to Mr. Nguyen Anh Quy, the F&B Manager, who is a vegan and was so kind to organise a vegetarian breakfast for us, gave us restaurant recommendations and took amazing care of us. Another wonderful person was the lovely lady at the reception, who literally went to the train station to help us with train tickets and we cannot forget the trainee doorman from Hanoi who was always super nice and friendly greeting us every day with a smile. We never experienced hospitality like that and we travel 2 to 3 months a year all over the world. We felt like we were at home and will definitely come back when in Viet Nam again. We usually do a lot of research online before booking long stays and this is definitely the best you can find in the area. If possible we would give 6 stars!!! Thank you for everything. Overall, 10/10 The island, the accommodation, staff, everything is really good. We loved the pool & the shore, but I recommend everyone to buy breakfast & dinner, so you won’t have to think about it. They have room service, food is good but not as good as the buffet. Also: book the room with VinWonders tickets, it’s a great deal ＜3

Accommodation - Wow, the view is really the best. The cleanliness is also the best. Usually, Southeast Asia has a musty smell, but it doesn't here. It wasn't humid, the bedding was soft, and there were so many places to charge. There were plenty of towels. Breakfast - The breakfast menu was extensive and there was a lot to eat. About 6 or 7 types of smoothies and juices? The breads and rice noodles were delicious, and the banh mi, porridge, and yogurt were varied and delicious, so I enjoyed breakfast all three days. Service - Because it was the Chuseok season, they provided traditional bread and cleaned the room while I was in the room. Instead of cleaning the room by closing the door, they quietly came and cleaned it when I left the room and kept it clean every time. The water quality was so good that I could use just one shower filter for three days haha. Additional facilities - I wasn't able to use the swimming pool, rooftop bar, or amusement facilities, but I took a quick look and the quality was very good. There is also a coffee shop in the hotel lobby with a Google rating of 4.8. Pizza for Biz and Lotte Mart are 3 minutes away, so the location is great. There are Korean staff, so check-out is easy and of course you can store your luggage, so pack your bags and travel on the last day. Overall review - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I go to Nha Trang, I want to stay again and use the spa, swimming pool, and rooftop. Haha. It's 5 stars for this price... I recommend it without question.

В целом очень неплохой отель, но есть много, но. Мы сейчас тут и начинают приезжать по чуть чуть-чуть китайцы, кто знает что это, хорошо, а кто нет - то это рой крикливой саранчи. После них пусташь. Завтраки определённо на 3-, но жирный плюс это разнообразие фруктов если успеете до саранчи и соотечественников. В остальном не далеко высокая кухня, скорее средняя заводская столовка. Уборка просто 2. Мусор (в пакетах) и песок почти не убирают. Приходиться самим убираться (полотенце для ног мочить и протирать пол). Мусорку убирают если что. Стабильно меняют полотенца и добавляют воду (4 бут. Воды в холодильнике платные). Прикольный двух зонный басик на 7 этаже с шикарным видом на море. Есть небольшая тренажерка, 2 бильярдных стола американки и настольный футбол. На 6 эт. Спа мы его еще не посещали , но постояльцам 30% скидка. Номера в целом не большие, но все необходимое есть - халаты, резиновые тапки, даже зубные щетки. Тв LG по ним только пропаганда и деградируещее 1, россия и еще какая хрень. Берите Тв приставки, деревянные рамки можно аккуратно отодвигать от стены снизу на себя и порт hdmi вам в помощь, рядом розетки. Душь забивается помогаетутые резиновые тапки (ногой хлопаете по сливу и пробиваете засор). Отдельно могу сказать, что локация очень удобная. Центр, внизу магазин с хорошим алкоголем и по хорошим ценам и черездорогу минемаркет, ночной рынок и многое другое.

I liked this hotel. It actually has 5 star potential. However a few things need to be addressed. First may I say I found the staff to be kind and helpful. The room are nice for the price. However 2 things kind of upset me. The first thing is when something breaks you are told it will be fixed but days later it won't be. Even after asking 3 different times. Secondly, the maid. There were 2 of them and while one was perfectly fine the second one had an attitude as soon as the door opened. She would stare at me and start laughing. She'd start saying things in Vietnamese to he coworker and without knowing the language I knew she was degrading me. I don't know why but it was very obvious. I started to just take the water from her and tell her not to clean. She'd go through my trash in front of me and start showing things to the other maid and just start laughing. I travel a lot and this was a first for me. Lastly, I was there for 4 weeks. She left coffee 3 times. Shampoo and bath gel 3 times. All I 4 weeks. I don't know if she takes it home or if the hotel gives her a bonus to not leave it but that was her way of doing things. I always tip maids and I did the first couple of nights until I realized she wasn't leaving anything and I quit. I went out and bought shampoo and coffee as I could see I couldn't rely on her for anything. Her attitude alone cost the review 2 stars and if she keeps this up with other guests they need to look at making a change.

We visited Nha Trang in April ‘23, and thanks to our travel agent, he had booked us at the Melia Vinpearl Empire for 2 nights. It was the best hospitality we have experienced in a very long time. Having been a part of the industry for over a decade ourselves, it just felt amazingly refreshing and soulful to be treated so wonderfully. The white themed lobby and rooms reminiscent of a medieval yet modern Spanish era, the super clean and comfortable rooms. The brilliant view of the South China Sea from the balcony and the great food all nothing short of surreal. Special mentions to the staff at the hotel, specially Miss Iris, their Guest Experience Manager for being extremely warm, courteous and helpful and taking extra care by going out of her way to make sure we had the best time ever and also making sure my wife was well taken care of as she was unwell. Food choices being a little restrictive, Iris and the team of Chefs decided to do a special seafood preparation for us which I think was a very good gesture. They also got us free tickets to the Vinwonder land.. FOR ALL 5 OF US. it was an amazing experience. All in all, a great place to stay. If you’re in Nha Trang, you need to be at Melia. Thanks to the team for making our stay an experience to remember for a lifetime

We are an Australian couple that stayed here for 5 days. Lovely resort and facilities. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Rooms were great, spacious and clean. There is amazing views of Nha Trang city from this resort! They offer a free shuttle bus to the centre of Nha Trang at certain times which was great as there is no other shops/restaurants within a walkable distance. Taxis generally cost roughly 150,000 VND for a one way trip to the centre of town if required. The restaurant at the resort has delicious food though! They have app to download to your phone which provides information and you can order room services through. Small tip would be if they had QR code on pool side tables you could order drinks with. Currently you have to get up and go to restaurant to order, then they will bring to you. We would have spend a lot more money on drinks poolside if we didn’t have to get up each time! The staff we all friendly and all are happy to help. Overall we were very happy and satisfied with our stay here! Great place to stay for a relaxing, slow moving holiday! :)
