Couldn’t fault this hotel at all, decent rooftop pool, decent breakfast, good big room. Clean and quiet. And a very good location.

One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We stayed 6 nights. The hotel is just 5 mins walk to the beach and has an amazing (small) pool with ocean view at the rooftop. Not many sunbeds so try to get there early. We had a room with sea view and a huge, super comfortable bed (2 single beds together). Sparkling clean modern room and the breakfast was great as well. As we are vegetarian the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes, preparing something vegetarian every day just for us. We will never forget how friendly, professional and genuine the people at DTX were. From the general manager Mr. Nguyen Trong who made sure to greet every guest personally in the morning and teach us some words in Vietnamese, to Mr. Nguyen Anh Quy, the F&B Manager, who is a vegan and was so kind to organise a vegetarian breakfast for us, gave us restaurant recommendations and took amazing care of us. Another wonderful person was the lovely lady at the reception, who literally went to the train station to help us with train tickets and we cannot forget the trainee doorman from Hanoi who was always super nice and friendly greeting us every day with a smile. We never experienced hospitality like that and we travel 2 to 3 months a year all over the world. We felt like we were at home and will definitely come back when in Viet Nam again. We usually do a lot of research online before booking long stays and this is definitely the best you can find in the area. If possible we would give 6 stars!!! Thank you for everything. I spent three days with my family in the Alma Resort, our room type is the oceanfront villa has 3 bedrooms with a private pool, this was a wonderful villa. I can say this is the most beautiful resort recently and can say it was 5 star + and we absolutely loved it. Especially, there were 12 pools, a beautiful beach which was clean and plenty of sunbeds to relax on at the pools and beach. A multitude of things to do, yoga in the morning, a water park, mini golf, a tennis course, and even a cinema. The Service Center and Receptionist were friendly, they answered all our questions and also made sure we had everything we needed. We can't thank you enough for all of the staff. We were a bit sad we couldn't spend more time at this resort and we will come back here for the next holiday. Thanks a lot!

Staff are very friendly and helpful.( I had a problem with local guide and they helped me to solve the problem.) I even enjoyed the sounds of morning. (School, dogs, wedding party,motorcycle and chicken) Very clean with great cleaning services. The location is almost perfect for me. A few minutes away from beach and center of Nha Trang. Clean gym, great breakfast, great view from 33th floor and amazing swimming pool on the roof top. Room price was absolutely bargain for this kind room. I stayed suit room for 8 nights. Definitely, I will come back this hotel in the future. Thank you.

Breakfast was outstanding, especially the pho served in the corner. A little loud on the rooftop, so i asked for a room change. They were very helpful and understanding and changed the room right away. Location is good very close to attractions and shopping.

I liked this hotel. It actually has 5 star potential. However a few things need to be addressed. First may I say I found the staff to be kind and helpful. The room are nice for the price. However 2 things kind of upset me. The first thing is when something breaks you are told it will be fixed but days later it won't be. Even after asking 3 different times. Secondly, the maid. There were 2 of them and while one was perfectly fine the second one had an attitude as soon as the door opened. She would stare at me and start laughing. She'd start saying things in Vietnamese to he coworker and without knowing the language I knew she was degrading me. I don't know why but it was very obvious. I started to just take the water from her and tell her not to clean. She'd go through my trash in front of me and start showing things to the other maid and just start laughing. I travel a lot and this was a first for me. Lastly, I was there for 4 weeks. She left coffee 3 times. Shampoo and bath gel 3 times. All I 4 weeks. I don't know if she takes it home or if the hotel gives her a bonus to not leave it but that was her way of doing things. I always tip maids and I did the first couple of nights until I realized she wasn't leaving anything and I quit. I went out and bought shampoo and coffee as I could see I couldn't rely on her for anything. Her attitude alone cost the review 2 stars and if she keeps this up with other guests they need to look at making a change.

Vinpearl exceeded our expectations with excellent service. Our stay was truly delightful, thanks to the attentive and courteous staff. The breakfast offered an array of high-quality options. I must commend Vinpearl for their exceptional handling of a situation when our room's air conditioner malfunctioned. Upon our return in the late afternoon, we discovered a thoughtful message accompanied by complimentary fruits as a sincere apology. 💯 Thank you!

The hotel is at the heart of Nha Trang city, Infront of public beach. The beach is crowded in early morning and late afternoon, when there is no more sun. The breakfast is quite good, with mix of western, chinese and vietnamese food types, but not a big spread.

We booked the hotel for 2 nights and because we enjoyed it so much we extended it for one more night, The room is so clean and so big, The View of the ocean is amazing, The breakfast buffet is excellent which was prepared by the French chief Philip, During breakfast the General manager was around and he had a peasant conversation with us and he wanted to be sure that every thing is fine with our stay, We really recommend staying in this hotel.
