1. The location of the hotel is a bit out of place, and the sea is not visible. But it only takes about 5 minutes to get to the beach. 2. We stayed at about 12 o'clock, the hotel reception has closed a lamp, very dim. The front desk clerk is already sleeping. 3. Come clean the next morning, we said no. I also pressed the doorbell for n times (the cleaning reminder at the door was also closed.) 3. At the time of check-out, the hotel reception said that we had a bathrobe in our room. The environment is okay. It is very close to Cham Pagoda, Cathedral and Longshan Temple. You can choose to walk there. Close to the seaside, two kilometers away from the Agarwood Tower, walking along the beach in the evening, swimming, coffee, very suitable for leisure in the city. I have stayed in several hotels along Nha Trang Beach, and basically I can communicate normally in Chinese. I feel that the Chinese service of this hotel needs to be improved! Loved this hotel. Great location next to the beach and bars and restaurants. Hotel staff go above and beyond to help you and are so very friendly. Reception did all they could to make our stay so perfect. We stayed 10 nights. The food in the restaurant was delicious we had breakfast which was plentiful, fresh and great quality. Lunch by the pool which was fabulous and a 3 course dinner in the restaurant one night which was really top quality. Our room was really large and comfortable with the most amazing view of the ocean and islands beyond. We did swop rooms as we wanted a bigger balcony and the reception were so helpful showing us other choices. Loved this place and would love to return
