Excellent hotel and excellent location on the 2nd street. Nearby is Lotus and the sea, all the necessary cafes and the Angora treasure exchange office on the 3rd street. There is no 3-star feeling. The pools are always clean and well-maintained, the room stock is also excellent, there is no shabby furniture. The only thing we did not know was that in order to change the towels, you need to put them in the sink, but they just fold them and do not change them, cleaning and garbage removal every day. The managers at the reception are pleasant, who will try to solve any of your questions. On the 2nd floor, immediately on the right, there is an ironing room, available throughout the day. Calling a taxi from the reception is cheaper than in any other taxi, the fee is calculated per km. If you get hungry during the day, you can go to the canteen buffet and order a combo set for 99,000 dongs, as a rule, there is a drink, a hot side dish and meat, a decent price! The building is not high-rise, a big plus is that there are 2 above-ground pools and its own small territory. As for the food, you will definitely not go hungry, delicious phobo soup, French fries, chicken in batter, fried bacon, salads, fruits, tea, coffee, you can eat your fill. Staying at the hotel is all 5!

The location is ideal. The big plus of this hotel is the pool, it is large and on the ground. Breakfasts, there is always something to choose from. Good rooms with balconies, which is important. We were not the first time. We are happy with everything.

I recommend this hotel. We liked it. It has everything for a great holiday. It is close to the beach. The pool is large, clean and deep. The area is beautiful and well-kept. The breakfasts are varied. For vegetarians, there are consistently 2-3 full meals, in addition to vegetables and fruits. The room overlooked the intersection, there was a balcony, but it did not serve any function - it was small, you could put a chair at most, but since the air conditioning unit was located there, the hot air would not allow you to stand or sit for even a couple of minutes. And this is the shady side, the sun from morning until almost evening in the rooms that overlook the pool. The mattress is comfortable. The only negative is the cleaning. When we checked in, there was a huge cobweb in the corner. Otherwise, everything suited us and we liked everything. If there were any requests or questions, they were immediately fulfilled. So the staff is the strong point of the hotel.

Great hotel for the money. Location - right in the center of Nha Trang, next to Lotus. The main square, where all the main events and holidays take place, is across the road, a shopping center, McDonald's, a night market, salons, spas, cafes, restaurants - everything is around. The staff is sooo welcoming and helpful, the guys at the reception always smile and help with issues. I called them from my room several times - and they sent staff to solve my requests within 5 minutes, even in the evening (for example, to bring more clean towels, set up Wi-Fi). The cleaning is good, towels and bed linen are changed upon request (there are special signs in the room and in the bathroom), the floors are washed every day and tea, coffee, toothbrushes, pastes, soap, a comb, cotton swabs are added. In the shower, there are jars of shampoo and shower gel hanging on the wall. The breakfasts are excellent! Diverse, tasty and filling: eggs, porridge, cereal with milk, vegetables, cheese, several types of sausage, ham, hot dogs, several meat dishes, sometimes fish, soup, local dishes (rolls, rice noodles, etc.), toast, cakes, tea, coffee, juices (like yuppie), several types of fruit (watermelon, pineapple, papaya, mango, oranges, bananas, guava, dragon's eye). The restaurant is huge, there is enough space for everyone, there are never any lines, the dishes are constantly replenished. It is very convenient that there are tables both inside the restaurant and outside - you can sit with a view of the garden or the pool. There is a gym (we did not see it, but our neighbors went there). The hotel building has a cafe, a massage parlor, a spa, and a grocery store. But the main advantage of this hotel is the above-ground pools. Both for children and adults (large, warm and deep). Swimming lessons for children and diving lessons for adults are held there periodically. I recommend the hotel!
