It's a big, solid hotel. Breakfast will be gone if you don't go early.

Fantastic location and helpful staff. The rooftop pool is a lovely spot to relax and cool down. Some of the rooms are more updated than others but we were easily able to swap to better rooms. There is also no free breakfast as stated on TripAdvisor but when we questioned this (after being told we would have to pay) it was offered to us.

Be aware and do not stay at this hotel. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and rule receptionist (night staff). I’m super disappointed and will never ever come back or recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is located in the center of the western quarter. Close to the sea. Prices are reasonable and the staff here are friendly and gentle. Kind of like a management manager but very polite, not losing 5* 😊 . We have come here many times. And will stop by here next time in January or February. Thanks

Отель расположен на второй линии в центре Нячанга. Дойти до замечательного пляжа - 5 минут очень медленным шагом. До основных достопримечательностей: Лотос, ночной рынок и т.д. - 10 минут. Советую выбирать именно вторую линию, а не первую, т.к. на ней расположена основная масса кофэшек,ресторанов, магазинов. Не так шумно как на первой линии. Качественный, разнообразный завтрак. Широченная двуспальная кровать. Кондиционер справлялся отлично, при этом достаточно тихий. Ванная комната большая, сантехника в хорошем состоянии. Чисто. Убирались каждый день. Новые полотенца - каждый день. Очень чисто! Бывал во многих отелях в разных странах мира. Персонал этого отеля выделяется своим дружелюбием, желанием помочь. Даже нестандартные проблемы персонал помогал решать быстро и доброжелательно.
