This hotel us a zero star disgusting dirty rat infested motel nestled in a dark dingy alleyway of nha trang. Customer service and staff are horrible and unfit to work in hospitality. They should be ashamed of their despicable excuse for a motel. Book anywhere but here trust me

The room on the 13 th floor with limited seavew as cosy and clean. Friendly staff. the hotel is in a small alley but right next to the city beach.

It was cost-effective for a 0.5 night stay on an early morning flight.
Honestly, the cleanliness is very disappointing.
It was a bit uncomfortable to see ants coming out of the bathroom, and there was no soundproofing at all.
Warm water doesn't come out well.
The staff was friendly and the location was convenient as it was downtown.
Recommended for 0.5 nights

We booked two rooms. One of which was fine the other had a few maintenance issues. Rooms were generally good. Good location. Breakfast was poor, especially so if you arrived in the last half hour where there was little left and things were not being re-stocked. The bar wasn’t open by the pool (in August when I’d expect it to be busy in the hotel). An alarm was going off on our floor one night – the response was to unplug it – not very safe! Still wasn’t sorted when we left (we saw another one of these unplugged in another hotel in Vietnam!).

A cozy inexpensive hotel in the very center of the city. The main disadvantage is that the hotel is a little tired, there are traces of rust in some places, scratches/mold/cracks in others, but they are insignificant and pale in comparison to the advantages. I will note a few of them: 1. Friendly staff who speak English. Will help at any time of the day or night. 2. The room has everything for a comfortable stay from a tea set to slippers. 3. Spacious clean cool pool on the roof with an observation deck. View of the beach, Lotus. Rarely is there anyone here, you can comfortably sunbathe and relax. There is almost always a refreshing breeze here. 4. There is a small sports area by the pool with an exercise bike and a treadmill and a view of the sea. 5. Daily wet cleaning with change of linen and towels. 6. There are cafes, massage parlors, travel agencies, a laundry, a bar, markets, and motorbike rentals near the hotel. And if you leave the alley, you'll find yourself in the thick of things. 7. Very good value! We stayed for 10 nights for about 300,000 dong per night, booking in advance through Booking. For all the benefits, this is a pittance. 8. If possible, it's better to take a higher room. The higher, the more likely it is that you won't get a room with a view of the neighboring building. 9. The windows have good soundproofing, even if it's noisy outside (and it's almost always noisy there, this is the center!) the room is quiet and calm. I recommend the hotel for a budget and comfortable stay. If you're looking for a luxury vacation, it's better to look in a different price segment.
