This hotel us a zero star disgusting dirty rat infested motel nestled in a dark dingy alleyway of nha trang. Customer service and staff are horrible and unfit to work in hospitality. They should be ashamed of their despicable excuse for a motel. Book anywhere but here trust me

The room on the 13 th floor with limited seavew as cosy and clean. Friendly staff. the hotel is in a small alley but right next to the city beach.

It was cost-effective for a 0.5 night stay on an early morning flight.
Honestly, the cleanliness is very disappointing.
It was a bit uncomfortable to see ants coming out of the bathroom, and there was no soundproofing at all.
Warm water doesn't come out well.
The staff was friendly and the location was convenient as it was downtown.

We booked two rooms. One of which was fine the other had a few maintenance issues. Rooms were generally good. Good location. Breakfast was poor, especially so if you arrived in the last half hour where there was little left and things were not being re-stocked. The bar wasn’t open by the pool (in August when I’d expect it to be busy in the hotel). An alarm was going off on our floor one night – the response was to unplug it – not very safe! Still wasn’t sorted when we left (we saw another one of these unplugged in another hotel in Vietnam!).
