Good location with many restaurants around, near the beach and walking distance to night market. Restaurant is clean and modern looking (better than the rather old fashioned lobby), with plenty of choices. Staff are super friendly and helpful, they told us to do money exchange at the shop opposite the hotel, which is better rate than those near night market. They also introduced us to go the best place for mud-bath i-Resort.
Only shortcoming is the poor sound proof, first morning waken up by the noise of other guests ‘shouting’ at the corridors.

가성비 호텔입니다 위치 좋아요
해변에서 한블럭 뒤에 있어요
시설과 서비스는 가격이 비해 좋으나 오성호텔은
아니예요
호텔주변에 마트 마사지샵 식당 많아요
조식은 그냥 그런데 중국분들이 많으셔서 정신없어요
삼일동안 한번만 먹었어요

적당히 좋은위치에 가성비 좋은 호텔 입니다.추천.
조식도 무난하고 괜찮아요 해변도 도보5분이며
스텝들도 매우 친절하고 좋습니다.
오히려 버고호텔이나 레갈리아호텔의 복잡한 시내 중심보다 조용하고 한적해서 저는 더 좋았습니다 바로앞에 슈퍼와약국 맛집이있고 슈퍼의 과일은 덤시장 대비 가격도 무난하고 품질은 더 좋더군요.주인도 친절합니다.
모든시간 편안하게 잘지내다 왔습니다.다만 수영장 물에서 알수없는 금속의 맛때문에 수영하기 조금 힘들었네요 그점만 개선된다면 대체로 만족합니다. 재방문 의사 있어요

친구와 환갑맞이 여행을 계획하고 선택한 나트랑 호텔은 작년11월 동창들과 다녀간곳 재방문~ 우선 위치 최고, 해변에서 가깝고 몇일 있어보니 나트랑의 유명한곳은 모두 버고호텔 주변으로 몰려있어 옮겨볼까 했지만 그곳은 밤낮으로 너무 시끄럽다는 후기글도 있고 왔다갔가 하며 보니 정말 복잡하고 시끄러워서 비교적 조용한 그린비치호텔에 계속 묶기로 했다. 시설은 리모델링이 필요한듯하지만 그럭저럭 나쁘지 않았고 변기 물내림이 약해 보완해야할듯, 장박으로 있기엔 조식메뉴가 부실한듯해도 뭐 아침식사를 거하게 먹을것도 아니여서 패스, 그리고 4층에 있어 갑갑하지 않았다 그러나 중국사람들 떼로 몰려오면 정신없는데주방에서 계란 후라이를 작은 후라이팬에 한개씩 하니 줄이 엄청길다 . 이식당의 베스트는 모닝커피! 정말 맛있다 평소 커피 즐기지 않는 내가 평균 2~3잔 마심, 마지막으로 직원들 평가를 하자면 호텔리어로 최고의 직원라인으로 도어맨부터 프론트 담당 그리고 매니저들 모두 친절이 몸에 베어 진심으로 고객에게 전해진다. 어제 외출나가 발이삐껏했는데 바로 알아보고 얼음 얻어다가 냉찜질도 도와줘서 감사! 필요한곳 예약부탁도 빠르게 처리해줌~ 그린비치 호텔 직원분들 감사합니다.^^

В целом отель нормальный за свои деньги. Чисто, аккуратно. Но уже немного староват. Также расстроил тот факт что не смогли предоставить вазу для цветов , отправили в магазин покупать)
