Pros: location, clean rooms, good mattress, towels are changed every day
Cons: parking for bikes right in the lobby at the reception, the pool is not working, next to the elevators below are the toilets, there is a smell at the entrance, some kind of problem with the cards, when you open the door to the room, the alarm turns on, which needs to be turned off, you turn on the light in the corridor, it starts to beep disgustingly)), you turn it off and look for your door in the dark!)
The cherry on the cake is Russian karaoke under the windows, where every night until 23 they just scream songs in Russian, the walls of the hotel are so thin that it seems like they are singing in your room!, and during the day opposite there is a construction site for a new hotel, having arrived during the day, we extended our stay, but after karaoke we cancelled the reservation and left for another one!

The location is in a downtown area and the beach is very close.
The refrigerator does not work and there is no response when I ask for improvement.
The TV and air conditioner did not work either, so I asked for service and they came up and replaced the batteries so that it worked.
There was a motorcycle blocking the road at the lobby entrance, making it difficult to pass, and the noise from the karaoke and nearby bars was too loud until late at night, which was uncomfortable.
I think it is a suitable accommodation for the price offered.

We are a family of 4, we were looking for a hotel with two beds, so that one of them was large. In this hotel, despite its width, the room turned out to be spacious, the beds are wide, this is very good. There is a good laundry room on the corner. But it was unusual glass walls in the bathroom and a fire exit from the room to the street through us) but the worst thing is karaoke in a local eatery called Moscow, they just scream songs until late. In general, we did not extend our stay, we moved to another hotel.
