The hotel locates nearby the walking street at the heart of Nha Trang. The room is spacious with balcony. The bathroom is unfortunately stinky. Amenities including shower cap, cotton buds, comb, toothbrush with toothpaste are fulfilled everyday. The buffet breakfast is good. Variety choices of food and drinks are provided.
The only drawback is about the drinking water in the fridge and the fridge did not work properly. They did not tell that two bottles of water there, were not complimentary and would be charged when check out for 15k VND each.

The hotel aesthetic was very clean and modern. The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The best part of the stay was probably the breakfast, they had many options so each day we got a different variety.
However, for a 5 star hotel I expected better. I was honestly let down and disappointed. I found a cockroach in my room and I found that the drain in my bathroom was very slow to drain the water. I went to the pool bar and ordered 2 burgers and 2 fish and chips and I was let down. The burger meat was under cooked and the fish had a weird taste. Additionally, we waited a long while before the food even came and we were the only customers there at that moment in time. The worst thing about this hotel was the very bad internet connection, we had to keep reloading everything or whatever we watching,listening to kept pausing, it was very annoying.

The hotel facilities are old and do not deserve 5 stars. The service is very poor. I will not stay again. The breakfast is very poor and does not match the price. Only the location is good and it is convenient to eat and go to the beach.

Location is good, service is also fine, many shops and restaurants near by too. The basement needs improvement due to its smell. Other than that it is great overall.
