Nice room to stay, 5 minute walks to the beach and to the night market Totally enjoyable stay

Everything was good, but air conditioner was not perfect 🥲 it's not cool at midday, and staff are not good at english so travellers have to use translate app

Staff are all very nice and friendly. Hotel provides motorbike rental. It is located in a very convenient Nha Trang city centre, and very near the beach.

The room is clean, the water is hot, they give you towels for the beach, the breakfast is poor, the refrigerator doesn't cool very well

The hotel is average, breakfasts - we went 3 out of 7 days, not hoping to eat anything, we bought milk for coffee in the store) we didn't go for 4 days, there was no point (take it without breakfast) the bus is ok, the sea view is ok, the floor is 10, they cleaned every day. The location is in the center, noise until 00-02 o'clock, music is suitable for young people. There are many cafes. Google maps help. TV Russian. No channels. Good Internet. Excellent hotel at a budget price. Near the sea, shops and cafes. They clean well, breakfasts are poor, but for such a price it is expected. Take a room with a sea view, it will brighten up your stay. Cool pool on the 20th floor!

Excellent hotel for the price and quality!

The location is excellent, the view from the room is simply gorgeous. We specifically booked a room with a sea view. The room is clean, modern, everything is there for a comfortable stay (kettle, toiletries). The downside is that the water in the sink drained very slowly. But since we stayed for a couple of nights, I didn’t bother to go find out. The gym consists of several exercise machines, no dumbbells, no horizontal bar. The pool is small, only 3 sun loungers. The bar area was cool in the evening, you could sit, but the bar was not open. Perhaps it was not the season, I didn’t see people by the pool during the day, so there were no problems. The main disappointment is the breakfast, there seems to be a lot of dishes, but it was not very tasty for me, there was a lot of oil in the fried vegetables and rolls, and I have already lived in 5 hotels and have an impression of the breakfasts. I was especially surprised that the bread was not very fresh; on the second day there was a general smell of mold. The fruits were delicious. And on the first day, potatoes and bacon were edible.

This hotel should be in the group tour business. Except for the good location, the rest can only be said to be average. If it is a three-person room, the price is still advantageous. If there are more choices for a two-person room, you may not choose this hotel.

Ctrip collaborates with merchants to defraud consumers. I booked a room with a city view that I could cancel at any time, but when I arrived, I could only see a high-rise building outside the window. It looked like a police station. I didn’t want it anymore, but the front desk disagreed. Finally, I was told that if I stayed for one night, I could get a refund for the next three nights. I don’t know how late it can be. They said they provided free parking, but when I arrived, they said they could only park on the roadside of the hotel. After parking for two nights, there was no room on the roadside. They found a parking lot for me, but they just left and asked me to pay. Regarding parking fees, Ctrip only collects money but does not handle the matter.
