The hotel is a little old so the room are noisy. The breakfast is good, the choice at the club is poor but the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Prime beachfront location with stunning sea views; well-maintained though slightly dated facilities; staff are exceptionally attentive and professional. Breakfast buffet offers diverse Vietnamese and international options, but dinner seafood quality varies, affecting value. Overall, a reliable five-star experience

Book 2 rooms, arrived around 2:15pm but need to wait till 3pm to check in. During our wait, we can stay in the kids room by the pool. Location is convenient. Buffets breakfast was tasty even though seems not much to eat but good enough as breakfast. Our family enjoyed the pool a lot, small but not crowded, also they served you water while you sat. It was a nice touch.
Cons: Our rooms were located on the upper floor but on the different side. As a family it might be better if we were closer.

Our favourite hotel at Nha Trang. Superb service, great location. The hotel and room were fantastic. Its sea facing and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting by the balcony with the winds blowing through. Breakfast that came with the room was good with a great variety of offerings. Hotel is so beautifully kept and, location is good. It’s 5 mins walk to the beach, perhaps 10-15 mins walk to nearby malls and busy streets with eateries, shops and minimarts. Highly recommended.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff are super professional and helpful and so so kind. Really top notch service. The room was very nice with a beach view and the hotel is located centrally making it easy to get everywhere. Although the club lounge high tea was nice the highlight was the breakfast on the first floor. Absolutely amazing with a wide range to choose from. I highly recommend Intercontinental Nha Trang.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff truly made the difference — everyone was warm and attentive, but we were especially impressed by the team working with the children. They were kind, patient, and genuinely caring, creating a welcoming and safe environment for our daughter.
The only small downside was being charged $18 for our child’s breakfast, even though she slept through it that day. Still, the overall experience was excellent, and we’d happily return.
