The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach, which made it really convenient.
The only downside was the lift situation. During peak hours, it took quite a long time to get a lift, especially when trying to go down. It can be a bit frustrating, but overall, a good experience.

None of the hotel staff speaks Russian, but the translator in the phone helps out. We got room B3612 on the 36th floor, with a balcony and a view of the Lotus and partly the sea. We asked for a second key to the room, they gave it to us without any problems with a deposit of 200,000. All the equipment and plumbing in the room work as they should, everything is great, no complaints. The bed is comfortable. Cleaning, change of towels, water, tea, coffee every day. The location is very convenient, in the very center, a night market downstairs, all kinds of shops and cafes, the beach across the road. We ate in the cafe, we did not cook food in the room, although there is a kitchen, all the necessary kitchenware, a microwave and an induction stove. There were no insects in the room. We did not go to the free pool on the 6th floor, and we went to the paid one on the 40th floor once, and almost all the money we paid for the tickets was returned to us in the form of lunch in the restaurant on the roof. Almost every evening in this pool they organize discos until 1 am, but if you close the doors to the balcony, the music does not interfere with sleep. We are very happy with our stay at the hotel, we recommend it to everyone and we ourselves want to return to this hotel.
