很棒的酒店。很新！一塵不染，相當舒適，一整棟漂亮的大樓都是他們家的。
房間很新，毛巾雪白，枕頭蓬鬆，熱水強力，有兩瓶小飲用水、一次性洗漱用品和梳子、有一次性刮鬍刀、小冰箱、保險箱。剛開始有噪音，但小哥很快速的修理好了，後面就睡得很舒心。海景房也是能看到被遮擋的海景的。
工作人員態度非常友好，盡力幫忙解決各種問題，接機服務也很到位。早餐品種很多，有牛腩雞肉牛肉，有pho，西餐中餐韓國拌飯等等應有盡有。。。4樓有游泳池和spa館。
比起最好位置的那些老酒店，這家新酒店的舒適度更高，安靜不吵。但位置也很棒：走到海灘5分鐘。走到那堆網紅店10分鐘出頭，旁邊生活氣息足，周圍吃飯購物都很方便。往海邊走有一家好像叫vivo的甜品店，我至今都在懷念。

回市中心後，我們又接着預訂了，其實我們挺挑剔的，意外的是他們有3床房型，非常好
衞生：乾淨
環境：靠近夜市，但不在夜市，滿足我的安靜需求
設施：芽莊沒幾家高端酒店，找到一家乾淨安靜的酒店很不錯了，而且網上預訂也優惠
服務：可以，沒有感覺到反華情緒，不過我沒讓押護照，情願交按金，我們退房後也看到他們把護照複印件撕掉

房間寬敞明亮，方正大氣。服務專業熱情。離海邊沙灘兩分鐘，海景非常美，早晨陽光照着窗户非常舒適，自助早餐品種多樣,有現磨咖啡，服務很好。游泳池開放式陽台風吹着很舒服，離珍珠島纜車和各個景區都不遠，挺方便。非常👍的酒店。下次去還住他家！

房間很好，新的裝修，位置很好，鬧而不宣，離芽莊市中心非常近，帶娃住了四天，每一個工作人員都非常棒，服務真誠而走心，尤其要給幫我訂去往胡志明大巴的帥哥哥，他的服務真的很好，我沒帶現金沒帶卡，他告訴我在哪換錢，他當班時幫我訂去往胡志明的票，第二天還交代同事細心對接，對於在國外人生地不熟的我們，真的是巨大的幫助，遺憾的是走那天，他沒當班，要好感謝他的呢，這家酒店可以閉眼沖，他們會解決你所有的問題，讓你感受真正的服務，早餐也很好，不重樣的，對中國人非常友好，點贊👍

We have stayed in the hotel for 16 days and have not faced any problems or discomfort during our stay. The rooms were with wonderful sea view close to each other. All necessary things were available including free drinking water and tea tags. The staff was hospitable and friendly, especially we want to thank Nhat, Linh, Giang, Trang, Nuong, Ngan, Dat, Cong, Dung who served us in the main restaurant.

Все необходимое было в наличии, включая бесплатную питьевую воду и чай. Персонал был гостеприимным и дружелюбным, особенно мы хотим поблагодарить Нат, Линь, Джианг, Транг, Нуонг, Нган, Дат, Конг, Дунг, которые обслуживали нас в главном ресторане.

Stayed room 1219 from 22th to 25th Nov'25.
The breakfast variety for main dishes are not much choices, i stay 4 days, in the 3rd day morning, even though i have put the sign board for room cleaning there is no one clean the room until end of the day.
Location wise, i rated it 6/10
Service is good. There should have include more breakfast variety.

We had room 1004 suite, ocean view. Excellent location of the hotel not on a noisy street (that's what we wanted), 2nd line, no high-rise buildings in front of the hotel, good view and 5 minutes walk to the sea. The hotel is new, comfortable, clean. They promised to open a spa in May. The room is large, comfortable beds, good quality linen and towels, bath, shower, 2 toilets, there is a desk for work, a large plaza. Very friendly staff, no comments on their work, anticipated all our wishes. We liked everything - the cleaning team, the reception staff, restaurant, pool and pool bar, the friendly Manager. At the reception, a nice Russian-speaking girl, Miss Vi Lee, was very helpful, solved all our problems. The restaurant has good breakfasts. We were also provided with a free transfer to and from the airport, free laundry of 5 things, packed lunch boxes for the road, printed our tickets. We are very pleased with our stay in Vietnam, and this is largely thanks to the Sea Soul hotel. We will choose this hotel next time when we visit Nha Trang. Many thanks!

早餐挺好吃的 熱菜有牛腩雞肉什麼的 還有現煮的河粉 住了三晚 位置便利 走一會就是個大超市 本身芽莊也不大 去網紅牛油果冰淇淋和法棍都是走路距離
