We had room 1004 suite, ocean view. Excellent location of the hotel not on a noisy street (that's what we wanted), 2nd line, no high-rise buildings in front of the hotel, good view and 5 minutes walk to the sea. The hotel is new, comfortable, clean. They promised to open a spa in May. The room is large, comfortable beds, good quality linen and towels, bath, shower, 2 toilets, there is a desk for work, a large plaza. Very friendly staff, no comments on their work, anticipated all our wishes. We liked everything - the cleaning team, the reception staff, restaurant, pool and pool bar, the friendly Manager. At the reception, a nice Russian-speaking girl, Miss Vi Lee, was very helpful, solved all our problems. The restaurant has good breakfasts. We were also provided with a free transfer to and from the airport, free laundry of 5 things, packed lunch boxes for the road, printed our tickets. We are very pleased with our stay in Vietnam, and this is largely thanks to the Sea Soul hotel. We will choose this hotel next time when we visit Nha Trang. Many thanks!

The hotel was renovated recently, overall hotel room was in good condition. Location-wise, the hotel is walking distance from the beach but (comparing with other hotel, it's a bit distance from beach) didn't have private beach.
Breakfast was limited choice but was good overall.
Cleanliness was great, the amenities were good to use.

We have only positive emotions, everything is clean, new, comfortable, very quiet rooms. Location is perfect. Breakfast is tasty! Hotel staff is very nice, friendly and always ready to help. Special thanks to beautiful girls: VY 😍, Ngoc Trong, Thuy Trang, Mai Phuong and truly professional F&B Manager Tung.

I loved... everything about my stay at the Sea Soul hotel in Nha Trang.
New very clean and welcoming hotel close to everything (downtown, beach 1 block away, shopping, restaurants & eateries, etc..) but so quiet and peaceful at the same time.
Great large rooms with sea view with very comfy beds, plenty of space, efficient and silent air conditioning system and a very large and hi-tech TV. Nice bathroom with a good shower. Great noise insulation :)
Very well equipped Gym and great indoor but open swimming pool and even a kids/babies section...and a bar. All extremely enjoyable.
Great buffet breakfast in the morning from 6 to 10 AM with a lot of choices though the main focus is on Asian options at least for the warm items. Plenty of fresh fruits and salads as well as a good sized sweets section. Pho (vietnamese noodle soup) and egg station with great service.
The staff are the superstars. Wonderful very attentive management and top customer service at every level and in every corner of the hotel. Very professional, friendly, welcoming and so helpful. Truly exceptional even by Asian hospitality high standards. I can only very warmly recommend based on my amazing experience at the Sea Soul in December 2024.

convenient location, new hotel, the room smells like construction (recently renovated), didn't like that the rooms are cleaned at 8am, we were woken up, and also on the second day of stay, the breakfast was poorer than on the first day, on the second night at 3-4am the hotel guests were very noisy in the corridors, the hotel congratulated one of my friends on his birthday, it was very nice, but otherwise I liked everything, thank you

A great hotel located 10 minutes to the beach. The view was great where you can see the sea outside, though there is a big pole within sight. However, the hotel room is extremely clean with it being the best hotel I had stayed in Vietnam
