The hotel's fans may be turned on by mistake from other floors or next door, making a loud noise from time to time.

Everything is good, but it's too noisy at night. Friends who have trouble sleeping please don't come here, hahahaha, there is a bar downstairs, and it will basically be loud until 3 o'clock in the morning. The room is large, with a sea view, comfortable bedding, and good front desk service.

It's the best location to enjoy Nha Trang Beach! You can hear the club noise at night, so if it bothers you, it's best to avoid it.

There was a huge noise at night, which lasted until 1am. It was so noisy that even those on the 28th floor couldn't sleep. When I checked out, I was in a hurry to catch my flight. The front desk deliberately delayed the time in order to ask for a tip. I waited for 15 minutes to pick up my luggage. I didn't go to the baggage room at the door to pick up my luggage until I got angry. The quality was really rushed. Bad review.

Good, the room is big, comfortable, and the location is great. It's busy outside and the room is quiet.

I was ripped off by the driver when I came down from Nha Trang, but I'm glad I chose this hotel. After hearing what happened to us, the lady at the front desk quickly helped us call the police and contact the taxi company. Recovered the money that was overcharged. The hotel service is very considerate. I have no regrets about staying here. I highly recommend this hotel. The room is very large, more than 90 square meters, and it is very convenient to go anywhere.

What a wonderful surprise! We were hoping that the Intercontinental Residences Nha Trang would be a good stay for our first trip to Vietnam but we were blown away! This is a wonderful resort in a great location. We had a breathtaking view of the mountains and sea which we loved taking in at every opportunity. We had a king classic room which was basically an extra large studio room perfect for a couple. We were worried about the noise from previous guests reviews but we had no issues during our stay and in fact had amazing sleeps! The staff were awesome and could not do enough for us including an amazing birthday cake for my husband on his birthday. We loved our breakfasts in the room that we ordered from room service. They were also opening a delightful looking coffee shop that unfortunately was opening after our stay but it looked really good. Finally the pool and beach club areas were very good and well maintained. In all one of the best holidays in a long time made even better thanks to the hospitality of the Residences!

The Intercontinental and Costa Residences are located at the beach front in Nha Trang, about an hour away from the airport, CXR. Whilst next to the Intercontinental hotel, the residences and apartments are focused on self catering. The area around the hotel has both restaurants and shopping, and is steps away from the beach. The apartment side has a small gym and a small outdoor pool and a beach club. The apartments are nice and spacious with a full kitchen and should you prefer not to use it, when there is 24/7 room service. There is also a washing machine in the apartment. The residences and apartments are an excellent way of experience Nha Trang and the surrounding areas.

Despite IHG Diamond status & free room upgrade I haven't received a free breakfast. IHG should inform about that during booking process, not to mention the notifications received on the App, which clearly informed about points or breakfast to be chosen... Unlike e.g. HIE & IC Malta, CER & IC Nha Trang are not intergrated at all therefore as a guest of CER you can't use a pool at IC. We received a room on the opposite side (vs. main picture here) and it was a good choice because we've had city and sea view. On the high floor balcony doors are not wind-tight therefore sometimes it was quite noisy but easy to survive ;) All in all, it was a quite nice stay in Nha Trang.

I notice during my stay is that the staff of the Costa Executive Residences are very accommodating and friendly towards it's guest. Add to the fact that their staff is good at speaking the language English.

This property was far beyond our expectation, everyone here was friendly, helpful. Mrs Nguyet Le welcome us warmly, since we arrived Nha Trang quite early, she tried her best to prepare our guestrooms ASAP. She also took care of us a lot during our stay here. The apartments were quite big and well maintained, and right now in-house guests can have breakfast at the Intercontinental side which was obviously out of expectation. The property was updating their facilities and will become Intercontinental Executive Residence in the future, hope we can visit next time!
