We loved the hotel, it was clean, staff were super friendly, lots of great local restaurants close by, view was amazing, beds and pillows the best we have had! Hired scooters and really got to explore around us including heading to the beach which was about 1km away.

Gold Coast Hotel Nha Trang pleases with a gorgeous view from the roof and a convenient location. But there are some nuances: there is no restaurant, the pool is cloudy, cleaning is not always up to par. The Internet is unstable in the evenings, and after walking barefoot around the room, you can notice that your feet are dirty. The location and value for money are great! The room is spacious and the facilities are clean. However, if you are checking in late, check the check-in time! I was surprised when I arrived because the lobby lights were off.

Overall, I liked the hotel, but I didn't like the location. When booking, it was indicated that there was a safe in the room, which was not there. But everything went well, we left both money and valuables. The room has 2 large balconies. They brought us a table and chairs and we had a wonderful rest on the balcony in the evenings. The linen was clean without stains, 6 towels for two. The maids are great, they clean the room very well. Bed linen and towels are changed. Toothbrushes, coffee, water, etc. are replenished daily. The water in the pool is warm, but cloudy, we didn't swim, but the view from the roof is stunning.

The sink in the first room was out of repair and broke, so I cut my feet. The room smelled bad, and the drainage in the shower room was so poor that it flowed outside to the bed. The air conditioner in the second room leaked, and the room became a fish pond.
