Room aircon malfunctioned by turning off by itself after a while. Their staff can't understand english, so I couldn't tell it by phone. I had to go down to reception to use phone to translate. After having someone come into my room to fix it, aircon still malfunctioned again after a while. Had to go down a second time.
Also, on second day, keycard stopped working when I got back in the afternoon. So had to go back to reception to have it fixed. Then, on opening room, found housekeeping took the shampoo and liquid shower gel (which wasn't empty yet), but did not leave a replacement. So had to go down again to ask for replacement.
All minor inconveniences, but having a lot of them made it annoying.
