Hot spring Hotels in Nha Trang

This hotel boasts a great location, friendly reception Annie and Bellman always smiling /don't know the name/, and efficient service, ensuring a comfortable stay. All the things near by hotel commencing from Shopping center /Vincom plaza/, spa and massagae / Coconut and Nha Trang VIP/, beach club /Sailing club/, coffee shops / Starbucks, Highlands, Phuc Long/ etc... We would love to come again.

Had a great time at Havana hotel. kindness of staff and service. Allow me to use beach parasol, swimming pool, and sauna even after checking out. Food was also good to my family at least. Direct turnel between hotel and beach without accross the road. But one sorry point for me who like sauna is that there is no hot bath but only with cold bath. Of course, wed and dry sauna are good.

Service was first class. The staff were proud to be working for the Sheraton and the brand itself, which is what you want to hear from them. I had the pleasure of dealing with a young gentleman named Ethan and he was pleasant in manner, anticipated my needs before I even communicated them, ensured I was happy and provides solutions to any queries I had. Upon checking in, I had previously checked out earlier in the day (flight delayed until the next day) and mentioned I had left my swimming shorts in my previous room. The check-in staff said that they would contact housekeeping and see if they could be found. I then checked in and went to my room to discover that it was a connected room with access to the next room via a door. Unfortunately, this lead to noise travelling from my neighbours room. I went to reception and was met by Ethan who then gave me another room, it was an upgrade to a nicer room on a higher floor. Not only that, I asked about my swim shorts and was told that they had been found, they would be laundered and dried before being returned to me. I said that it was fine, I could just take them and they would dry on the balcony, to which Ethan enthusiastically replied, ”Sir, this is the Sheraton!”. It is so nice to hear such words from staff and to know that you're in the hands of people that care and take pride in their work.

A very nice hotel, a little dated, but well maintained. The curtains make the room feel dingy. Everything was clean. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. Something for everyone. I wanted bacon and even though it was not out they made some for me. Very close to the beach and center of activity. It was quiet and easy to sleep. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Nha Trang.

The staff at the Intercontinental are friendly, Kind and so helpful and all the staff we encountered during our week long stay deserve a 5* rating! Special mention goes to MI our waitress at breakfast every morning for being so lovely and caring and looking after our needs. 🙏💕🤗 Am being honest with my feedback in saying that the rooms could definitely use a revamp as they feel quite dated and not up to 5 star standard we would expect from the Intercontinental brand. Message to Management, please install a professional coffee machine in the breakfast room as the coffee we were provided with on the first morning of our stay was just awful! 😢

Our time at the Novotel in Nha Trang was great. The staff were helpful and attentive. We enjoyed the seafood buffet, and the food and drinks were very well made. We had massages and facials at the spa, which were very professional and relaxing. While you need to cross the street to get to the beach, it is not very inconvenient and there are lounge chairs available for hotel guests. We also enjoyed that food and drinks were available at the hotel pool. The room was clean and comfortable.

Among them, stood out Miss Yen Nii, a paragon of professionalism and beauty, with an aura of kindness that embraced us throughout our check-in journey. Her assistance was not just service; it was a symphony of care and attention that resonated with gratitude in my heart. As we parted ways at the end of our transaction, her smile lingered like a treasured memory that beckoned me to return once more. The resort itself was a paradise nestled against a pristine white sandy beach, offering vistas that were nothing short of breathtaking. The allure of Vinpearl Wonderland and the myriad activities at hand added layers of excitement to our stay, painting each moment with vibrant hues of joy and adventure. My stay at Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang was akin to stepping into a vibrant tapestry woven with threads of luxury, serenity, and boundless joy - an experience etched in my memory forevermore.

Ok for the relatively cheap price, small things like a toilet that sometimes refused to work, an ac that seemed to heat up at night, a spa with a cold jacuzzi and a steam room with very little steam. Staff were all very nice and to be fair it is good value for money.
