Couldn’t fault this hotel at all, decent rooftop pool, decent breakfast, good big room. Clean and quiet. And a very good location.

One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We stayed 6 nights. The hotel is just 5 mins walk to the beach and has an amazing (small) pool with ocean view at the rooftop. Not many sunbeds so try to get there early. We had a room with sea view and a huge, super comfortable bed (2 single beds together). Sparkling clean modern room and the breakfast was great as well. As we are vegetarian the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes, preparing something vegetarian every day just for us. We will never forget how friendly, professional and genuine the people at DTX were. From the general manager Mr. Nguyen Trong who made sure to greet every guest personally in the morning and teach us some words in Vietnamese, to Mr. Nguyen Anh Quy, the F&B Manager, who is a vegan and was so kind to organise a vegetarian breakfast for us, gave us restaurant recommendations and took amazing care of us. Another wonderful person was the lovely lady at the reception, who literally went to the train station to help us with train tickets and we cannot forget the trainee doorman from Hanoi who was always super nice and friendly greeting us every day with a smile. We never experienced hospitality like that and we travel 2 to 3 months a year all over the world. We felt like we were at home and will definitely come back when in Viet Nam again. We usually do a lot of research online before booking long stays and this is definitely the best you can find in the area. If possible we would give 6 stars!!! Thank you for everything. We are an Australian couple that stayed here for 5 days. Lovely resort and facilities. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Rooms were great, spacious and clean. There is amazing views of Nha Trang city from this resort! They offer a free shuttle bus to the centre of Nha Trang at certain times which was great as there is no other shops/restaurants within a walkable distance. Taxis generally cost roughly 150,000 VND for a one way trip to the centre of town if required. The restaurant at the resort has delicious food though! They have app to download to your phone which provides information and you can order room services through. Small tip would be if they had QR code on pool side tables you could order drinks with. Currently you have to get up and go to restaurant to order, then they will bring to you. We would have spend a lot more money on drinks poolside if we didn’t have to get up each time! The staff we all friendly and all are happy to help. Overall we were very happy and satisfied with our stay here! Great place to stay for a relaxing, slow moving holiday! :)

I spent three days with my family in the Alma Resort, our room type is the oceanfront villa has 3 bedrooms with a private pool, this was a wonderful villa. I can say this is the most beautiful resort recently and can say it was 5 star + and we absolutely loved it. Especially, there were 12 pools, a beautiful beach which was clean and plenty of sunbeds to relax on at the pools and beach. A multitude of things to do, yoga in the morning, a water park, mini golf, a tennis course, and even a cinema. The Service Center and Receptionist were friendly, they answered all our questions and also made sure we had everything we needed. We can't thank you enough for all of the staff. We were a bit sad we couldn't spend more time at this resort and we will come back here for the next holiday. Thanks a lot!

Breakfast was outstanding, especially the pho served in the corner. A little loud on the rooftop, so i asked for a room change. They were very helpful and understanding and changed the room right away. Location is good very close to attractions and shopping.

We booked the hotel for 2 nights and because we enjoyed it so much we extended it for one more night, The room is so clean and so big, The View of the ocean is amazing, The breakfast buffet is excellent which was prepared by the French chief Philip, During breakfast the General manager was around and he had a peasant conversation with us and he wanted to be sure that every thing is fine with our stay, We really recommend staying in this hotel.

Accommodation - Wow, the view is really the best. The cleanliness is also the best. Usually, Southeast Asia has a musty smell, but it doesn't here. It wasn't humid, the bedding was soft, and there were so many places to charge. There were plenty of towels. Breakfast - The breakfast menu was extensive and there was a lot to eat. About 6 or 7 types of smoothies and juices? The breads and rice noodles were delicious, and the banh mi, porridge, and yogurt were varied and delicious, so I enjoyed breakfast all three days. Service - Because it was the Chuseok season, they provided traditional bread and cleaned the room while I was in the room. Instead of cleaning the room by closing the door, they quietly came and cleaned it when I left the room and kept it clean every time. The water quality was so good that I could use just one shower filter for three days haha. Additional facilities - I wasn't able to use the swimming pool, rooftop bar, or amusement facilities, but I took a quick look and the quality was very good. There is also a coffee shop in the hotel lobby with a Google rating of 4.8. Pizza for Biz and Lotte Mart are 3 minutes away, so the location is great. There are Korean staff, so check-out is easy and of course you can store your luggage, so pack your bags and travel on the last day. Overall review - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I go to Nha Trang, I want to stay again and use the spa, swimming pool, and rooftop. Haha. It's 5 stars for this price... I recommend it without question.

Vinpearl exceeded our expectations with excellent service. Our stay was truly delightful, thanks to the attentive and courteous staff. The breakfast offered an array of high-quality options. I must commend Vinpearl for their exceptional handling of a situation when our room's air conditioner malfunctioned.
