We visited Nha Trang in April ‘23, and thanks to our travel agent, he had booked us at the Melia Vinpearl Empire for 2 nights. It was the best hospitality we have experienced in a very long time. Having been a part of the industry for over a decade ourselves, it just felt amazingly refreshing and soulful to be treated so wonderfully. The white themed lobby and rooms reminiscent of a medieval yet modern Spanish era, the super clean and comfortable rooms. The brilliant view of the South China Sea from the balcony and the great food all nothing short of surreal. Special mentions to the staff at the hotel, specially Miss Iris, their Guest Experience Manager for being extremely warm, courteous and helpful and taking extra care by going out of her way to make sure we had the best time ever and also making sure my wife was well taken care of as she was unwell. Food choices being a little restrictive, Iris and the team of Chefs decided to do a special seafood preparation for us which I think was a very good gesture. They also got us free tickets to the Vinwonder land.. FOR ALL 5 OF US. it was an amazing experience. All in all, a great place to stay. If you’re in Nha Trang, you need to be at Melia. Thanks to the team for making our stay an experience to remember for a lifetime

When we left the room to be cleaned we left one of our Apple Watches on the table, we went to have a coffee while they were cleaning and when we returned the watch was not there. We search everywhere, we take all the clothes out of the suitcases and backpacks, we search between the sheets, in the closets, in the drawers, everywhere! We went down to the reception to tell us about it and they told us that they were going to check with the cleaning service and they were going to look at the cameras to see if we had it with us when we went to have coffee. After a while they told us that it wasn't there so we went up to check the room with two hotel workers and two cleaning women. When we get to the room they check my things and surprisingly a worker suddenly finds the watch on the bed that we had already checked at least 5 times and it was done when we got to the room. They start laughing in our faces and he asks me if I'm accusing him of stealing it from me. I tell him no but the clock wasn't there before. I find their behavior shameful as well as embarrassing and rude.

Stayed here for 23 nights. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. I didn't see their bad attitude and use their native language to say bad things about customers at busy times although I saw the crowd are so noise when check in. Really comfortable with their service. The price is a good deal compared to other hotels and their service.

Hotel on amateur! The rooms are small , but this is a hotel just for walking , not for resting in it without leaving it. Every day was given: tea, coffee, toothbrush, razor , watt sticks and shower hat. The hotel has a gym on the 20th floor (small but it is possible to do), sauna (almost warm) and hamm (heat be healthy), work from 16-00 to 17-00 The pool on the 21st floor is also modest , but combined with the hamm was great. The pool is children's and adults in one place . On the 21st floor of a cafe , where you can order juices , alcoholic beverages and food. On the 1st floor, the restaurant where breakfast is the Swedish table. Let's say so slightly above average, not many dishes, but the quality of their preparation is noticeable. After breakfast in the restaurant to 20-00 you can order on the menu! Location in the vain , near the market in a couple of minutes walk , beach with lotus in five minutes walk , supermarket winmart in a minute walk , various cafes, muzzles, street food , rolled around the hotel . The hotel is worth its money, but it is not all !

We stayed 2 nights in Ch N° 405 in this hotel. Good bed, good climate. Breakfast at the top, sublime view of Nha Trang, and excellent buffet, friendly staff at the restaurant. We booked the bus for Dalat at the reception, we must mix English & Tieng Vietnam, and then the receptionist's translator phone did the rest, and the next morning everything was well booked, we had doubts.

I booked it for one night, but my flight was early in the morning… I stayed for 0.5 nights~ It was inconvenient when I went out to buy something I needed because they only gave me one key because I didn't have enough keys. If I take the key out, it would be inconvenient for the people in the hotel. If you don't take it with you, you'll have to use your key to get on the elevator, which is inconvenient. The front desk was dirty and not nice. Still, the room was clean, and the location was good as it was centrally located.

The hotel is located not in the international quarter, but in the depth of the ”Vietnamese.” This is the only disadvantage. If for you, in general, it is a disadvantage. Otherwise only the pluses. Bed-room light lamps with light adjustment. WiFi Router on every floor. There is no new lingerie, no smell of smoke in the rooms. Breakfast on the Swedish table on the 8th floor. There is meat: pork in local 2 or 3 species, local sausages, eggs. Vegetables are chewed and fresh. Soups (not very delicious). Bread, toasts, roulettes, jams, sometimes butter. Fruit. No hungry here. But by 8:00 a lot is eaten and the late may not remain the most popular dishes. Staff is extremely polite and responsive, but not polygoths. Both English and Russian are poorly understood. Everything is bathed with joyful smiles and willingness to solve your problems. A lot of Chinese, they are a people confined to themselves, but if you know ”nichao,” ”shifu,” ”jungo” and, in general, a couple of years have been engaged in their ”sand,” they start to greet you for a hand and smile. Moscow Beijing friendship forever. Tourists with children here are far away. But the hotel is very quiet. Adult tourist looks perfect. On the way there are lots of food for locals. Hot can be taken, but juices don't recommend. Ice they freeze not food, but from under the crane. When you live here a week and have already been attached, the locals will know you, wave your hand and smile joyfully.

The hotel is not bad, clean. There was a problem with the air conditioning in the room and we were moved. Hotel water is poured into glass bottles; they are not washed before pouring, which causes the water to go stale. The pool is not filtered and the water is dirty. The sauna is only open 2 hours a day. And guests are only allowed to visit for 1 hour at a certain time. Breakfast is monotonous.
