Couldn’t fault this hotel at all, decent rooftop pool, decent breakfast, good big room. Clean and quiet. And a very good location.

One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We stayed 6 nights. The hotel is just 5 mins walk to the beach and has an amazing (small) pool with ocean view at the rooftop. Not many sunbeds so try to get there early. We had a room with sea view and a huge, super comfortable bed (2 single beds together). Sparkling clean modern room and the breakfast was great as well. As we are vegetarian the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes, preparing something vegetarian every day just for us. We will never forget how friendly, professional and genuine the people at DTX were. From the general manager Mr. Nguyen Trong who made sure to greet every guest personally in the morning and teach us some words in Vietnamese, to Mr. Nguyen Anh Quy, the F&B Manager, who is a vegan and was so kind to organise a vegetarian breakfast for us, gave us restaurant recommendations and took amazing care of us. Another wonderful person was the lovely lady at the reception, who literally went to the train station to help us with train tickets and we cannot forget the trainee doorman from Hanoi who was always super nice and friendly greeting us every day with a smile. We never experienced hospitality like that and we travel 2 to 3 months a year all over the world. We felt like we were at home and will definitely come back when in Viet Nam again. We usually do a lot of research online before booking long stays and this is definitely the best you can find in the area. If possible we would give 6 stars!!! Thank you for everything. This hotel is highly recommended, even for discerning international guests. We felt very comfortable throughout and would have liked to have stayed longer. Very friendly and well-trained staff, exceptionally good cuisine and a very nice, clean and well-kept area. The sea view villas are top quality and very well equipped. We had a problem extending our booking and the very friendly General Manager took care of it personally and solved the problem quickly, easily and to our complete satisfaction. Thanks a lot for this! There really isn't anything to complain about here at the Hotel Amiana, which is why we give it 5 stars, which we rarely award otherwise! A great highlight of our Vietnam trip! A big thank you to the entire staff, you guys are great! ;)

The WORST resort ever.....!!! TOTALLY a SCAM !!! PLEASE READ before booking! FIRSTLY, we paid for 3 nights in a bungalow with a sea view, what we actually got was an appartment with a sea view. The resort does not have the typical bungalows you would expect to find in a tropical resort. SECONDLY, during our stay they were constructing a new area on the sea front near the pool and our appartment. We raised this with the resort as the noise was annoying when we booked a resort to rest and relax. One of the Managers discussed this with the owner and informed us that the work would stop for the remaining duration of our stay (2 days). Later that day in the afternoon they started to work again which we found strange. Later that evening on returning from the city we found a letter from the hotel in our room informing us that the work will continue for the coming days. We discussed with the Manager again (apparently only responsibile for the restaurant) and he was as supprised as us. We left it with him to discuss again with the owner. After being informed by the hotel that the work would stop for the coming two days to help us enjoy our stay at the resort, we thought amazing a hotel that really focuses on its guests experience....! We are really disappointed and feel that a hotel with such high ambitions should be more focused on its guests and when you say something will happen make sure it does....a promise is a promise. THIRDLY there is no PRIVATE beach, only a slab on concrete by the sea. On booking said the resort has a private beach, this is not true and maybe what they are trying to build..... We picked this resort because reviews seemed very positive, photos looked amazing and location was ideal for our need to take 3 days rest and relaxation. What we got was 3 days of banging, crashing, dust and diesel fumes whilst the construction continued.....Thanks for ruining our time in Nha Trang....! TOTALLY a SCAM !!!

The apartment is really comfortable, centrally located and on the beach. The interior is quite new, the room is very clean. Reputation. Will come back next month when working in Nha Trang

We had reservations for a suite 1 bedroom ocean view room, and the pictures on the Capital One travel website showed this room with a round bed and ocean view. However upon arrival, the manager (“Hoc”? On 08Nov22 afternoon) tried to put us in an inferior room facing a building with 2 beds and a partial ocean view. When went back down and refused this room He said his system showed this is what I reserved and paid for. I showed him my prepaid reservation clearly showing otherwise. It also didn’t make sense, as his room was only $28 for 2 nights and we paid $68 per my reservation receipt for the suite 1bd ocean view. While there clearly was some miscommunication in the reservation systems, Instead of acknowledging and honoring my reservation documents, and dealing with the problem between vendors in the background, he said mine were a “lie”! Yes actual quotes! Even though my payment clearly indicated there was no way I reserved the inferior room he put me in. Over the course of the next half hour, we went back and forth, him upping the room type and me showing him pictures of the room I reserved and requesting that room. He even said that I could NOT have that room because they “sold out 10 minutes ago” and maybe I could “try again tomorrow to switch rooms if available”. I then showed him on my phone that Booking.com shows 3 of these rooms still available - and he said it was “lie”, again! So I showed him on Agoda.com the same fact; he just shook his head. I then called Capital One Travel and they talked to him via my phone as they couldn’t reach his office internationally. FINALLY after all this I got the room I paid for. But I was not happy about this check-in experience. It tainted our whole stay here. Perhaps it was just a one off with this manager, but his behavior demonstrated a serious lack of customer service, common courtesy, logic given the rate we paid, and integrity. We question how the hotel could tolerate such behavior and concluded he must have the support of his management to have been so aggressive and bold in his actions. We will NEVER stay here again as a result.

The hotel is at the heart of Nha Trang city, Infront of public beach. The beach is crowded in early morning and late afternoon, when there is no more sun. The breakfast is quite good, with mix of western, chinese and vietnamese food types, but not a big spread.

The hotel has a very good view and position in Nha Trang beach. I and my family enjoyed our wonderful weekend here. Services is excellent. I will came back here in the future. Hotel serve poolside BBQ with a beachfront view and the open atmophere. You can see the whole beautiful drone show event in Nha Trang Festival 2023. What a nice place!

Vinpearl exceeded our expectations with excellent service. Our stay was truly delightful, thanks to the attentive and courteous staff. The breakfast offered an array of high-quality options. I must commend Vinpearl for their exceptional handling of a situation when our room's air conditioner malfunctioned. Upon our return in the late afternoon, we discovered a thoughtful message accompanied by complimentary fruits as a sincere apology. 💯 Thank you!
