Good hotel service. Clean swimming pool change room. Ok swimming pool, nice view. Clean room, nice sea view. Nice and friendly staff. The food at the restaurant is delicious. Overall good service. Very pleased. Will come back next time.

The rooms in this hotel are nice, new and clean. The hotel staff were warm and friendly. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time. And the beach is pretty too 👍👍👍🌴🌤

The rooms and equipment are all very new and good. My family came with 5 cars but the hotel still arranged enough parking during the busy holiday season, and the room price was very ok. Location is good, few minute walking to the beach. My family will definitely come back when they come to Nha Trang. Thank you to the hotel and staff for a very good experience!

I will try to be objective. This is our third trip to Nyachang and the first experience of living in the north, before that they lived in the European quarter.The Monica hotel was chosen including on positive reviews, The room was booked by Senor de Lux with a balcony and sea view, And here we are, We went to settle and see the room small and without a shower cabin,(if we wanted to order it, so would we still in Moscow when ordering the tour), we had to go to the recipe.Smiling, smiling administrator says that we should pay $5 per night and then we will be moved.Explained that we already paid for the room, moved, thought that this misunderstanding would end.Give a room on the 15th floor, the size is not much different from the standard, but that doesn't matter to me, The balcony is large enough and side-viewed on the sea . A couple of days later, they met children on the pool who were already going to leave, they warned that they had a bill for peanuts from the minibar which there was no, looked at themselves, we also had no peanuts and chips, warned about it, that there were no problems when you left.Well, not here, we go back to the hotel in the evening we meet admin.and says we have to pay for the dirty towel, but unlike the previous review we didn't patch it.Beaches have the same room and When they are handed out, they stone them so that the dirt is inside, no one will come to check the cleanliness of the towels. When we saw the dirty towel, we left it in the room and went for a walk and here we came back and waited for a surprise.It took 30 minutes to explain that you were not guilty until patience had ended when I said that their towels were dirty, looked and found no clean, also for a week of residence, I wouldn't pay attention to it, but this incident was angry.After this dismantling in the morning, the cleaners came and washed the floors and changed the bed and towels (which checked every day).After a day there was the same conflict with women from the 12th floor and all was in the same towel.I had the impression that they were making money in this way.Before leaving the number checked, About breakfast, Maybe when there were Chinese, they were more diverse, but when we were in 14 days they didn't change, we didn't have enough, but in other hotels at least one dish changes every day and here stability. The pool is normal, the truth before our departure removed all the mattresses from the lying, I very much hope that it is temporarily for washing.If there were no such cassues, the hotel is like a hotel, we come to see the country not to sit in a hotel.But unfortunately the guests don't like it If you do not want all the holidays to wait for you, it is better to choose another hotel, the more now the prices have decreased and for acceptable means you can choose.By the way, I would not call it too, enough pleasure in the bathroom.

The WORST resort ever.....!!! TOTALLY a SCAM !!! PLEASE READ before booking! FIRSTLY, we paid for 3 nights in a bungalow with a sea view, what we actually got was an appartment with a sea view. The resort does not have the typical bungalows you would expect to find in a tropical resort. SECONDLY, during our stay they were constructing a new area on the sea front near the pool and our appartment. We raised this with the resort as the noise was annoying when we booked a resort to rest and relax. One of the Managers discussed this with the owner and informed us that the work would stop for the remaining duration of our stay (2 days). Later that day in the afternoon they started to work again which we found strange. Later that evening on returning from the city we found a letter from the hotel in our room informing us that the work will continue for the coming days. We discussed with the Manager again (apparently only responsibile for the restaurant) and he was as supprised as us. We left it with him to discuss again with the owner. After being informed by the hotel that the work would stop for the coming two days to help us enjoy our stay at the resort, we thought amazing a hotel that really focuses on its guests experience....! We are really disappointed and feel that a hotel with such high ambitions should be more focused on its guests and when you say something will happen make sure it does....a promise is a promise. THIRDLY there is no PRIVATE beach, only a slab on concrete by the sea. On booking said the resort has a private beach, this is not true and maybe what they are trying to build..... We picked this resort because reviews seemed very positive, photos looked amazing and location was ideal for our need to take 3 days rest and relaxation. What we got was 3 days of banging, crashing, dust and diesel fumes whilst the construction continued.....Thanks for ruining our time in Nha Trang....! TOTALLY a SCAM !!!

Accommodation - Wow, the view is really the best. The cleanliness is also the best. Usually, Southeast Asia has a musty smell, but it doesn't here. It wasn't humid, the bedding was soft, and there were so many places to charge. There were plenty of towels. Breakfast - The breakfast menu was extensive and there was a lot to eat. About 6 or 7 types of smoothies and juices? The breads and rice noodles were delicious, and the banh mi, porridge, and yogurt were varied and delicious, so I enjoyed breakfast all three days. Service - Because it was the Chuseok season, they provided traditional bread and cleaned the room while I was in the room. Instead of cleaning the room by closing the door, they quietly came and cleaned it when I left the room and kept it clean every time. The water quality was so good that I could use just one shower filter for three days haha. Additional facilities - I wasn't able to use the swimming pool, rooftop bar, or amusement facilities, but I took a quick look and the quality was very good. There is also a coffee shop in the hotel lobby with a Google rating of 4.8. Pizza for Biz and Lotte Mart are 3 minutes away, so the location is great. There are Korean staff, so check-out is easy and of course you can store your luggage, so pack your bags and travel on the last day. Overall review - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I go to Nha Trang, I want to stay again and use the spa, swimming pool, and rooftop. Haha. It's 5 stars for this price... I recommend it without question.

Located in a room with a limited view. Windows come out of the hotel, but it is not embarrassing. On the 12th floor, a classy pool with a panoramic view. The hotel is a little crowded because of the lack of Chinese. Breakfasts are very simple and moderate, but they serve a variety of fruits, which is an indispensable advantage. The only minus is very good hearing, everything is heard in the hallway. In the room sets : tooth set (brush + pasta), haircut, shower hat. Shower gel and shampoo are not single-time, but simply poured in the container. Also updated by 2 bottles of water every day. The location is very convenient, a little far from the road noise, but at the same time close to the sea and supermarkets, various institutions.
