Amazing!! The location is so so good. And the service is exceptional. It’s over looking the crater which is so beautiful. They arranged a cake for us on the Valentines day. Special mention the chef Tara Singh who prepared Indian food for dinner and lunch exclusively for us. The taste was so good. And there were variety of starters, main course and then the desert. He occasionally came to the table to talk to us and made sure we loved the food.

If you can afford it, stay here. We could only afford one night at the end of our safari at this lodge but it was really so worth it. All guest rooms offer unmatched views of Ngorongoro Crater. The view that most tourists only get for 15 minutes at a crowded observation deck, you'll enjoy over sun-downer drinks at the lodges outdoor decks, from the heated pool, from the treadmill in the gym and even from your bed in you room. Views of the crater are stunning at every turn in this hotel. You will not find a place without a jaw dropping vista. Not sure what room rate we booked since it was through our tour company, but we had all inclusive food, drinks and even minibar and in-room snacks. Wide selection of inclusions as well, not like some 'all-inclusives'. Staff here was some of the best we encountered in Tanzania. Truly friendly and attentive. The Melia brand is lucky to have managers Jacob and Jonah. The staff in the restauraunt and house keeping staff we encountered were also top notch.

My experience at the lodge was amazing from the staff 👌🏾to the environment everything was spectacular especially the room arrangement ,food was amazing i really enjoyed my stay at the lodge has l was celebrating my honeymoon🥰 ,i wish i could stay more nights at this marvelous and incredible hotel i have experienced♥️😘😘

Melia Ngorongoro was the most beautiful that we visit in all Tanzania. The staff we very kind and friendly , always smailing. The pool waoo was another level, i love it. Was only one night but i will come back in next year with my family. Thanks you one more time for the hospitality.

I have been enjoyed very much staying with melia ngorongoro thanks for management and staffs. The view was wonderful. The safari was amazing we seem all the animals. The guide we have was very knwlegeble and very familiar with nature i will recomend Melia lodges to my friends.

Incredible view of the crater. Take time to leave a free day to enjoy the hotel facilities: pool and restaurant area are luxurious. The spa is recommended. The service is excellent with very kind and friendly people. The rooms have all kind of amenities

Our stay at the Melia Collection Ngorongoro Crater was a highlight of our honeymoon safari! The rooms were expansive and beautifully designed, with incredible views overlooking the crater. We even spotted a massive buffalo strolling by our window—an unforgettable moment! The beds were supremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were luxurious, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The service was impeccable, and the Melia team went above and beyond to make our stay special. They surprised us with a private honeymoon dinner, creating an intimate and romantic setting with a personalized menu. We felt so cared for and appreciated every thoughtful detail! The Melia Collection Ngorongoro Crater is the epitome of luxury in the wild, and we left wishing we had more time to spend there.

It was a very experience at Melia. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Dr Javier. He helped me with my son who was sick and have his good medication. Was very l helpful and was on call with me even after I left from Melia and answered my questions
