We stayed at the Nautilus Resort to celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary and absolutely loved it. The hotel staff looked after us so well, were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service. The accommodation was lovely and we enjoyed kayaking, swimming and walking around the Muri beach area. Would highly recommend a holiday at the Nautilus resort.

We had 6 nights in a beautiful beachfront bungalow. The resort is beautiful with the most beautifully maintained lush, tropical gardens. The sea views from our room were spectacular. The staff were warm, welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much bother. A perfect place to unwind.

Simply superb resort, right on the beach with a great pool and bar. Stayed in a single bedroom garden ayre suite which was clean and spacious with its own plunge pool. The restaurant is outstanding for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Special shout out to Janet, Justin, joseph, Ma and Tia for their hospitality and making us feel so welcome.

This resort is absolutely stunning - from the location, to the amenities and the food!! We stayed here for four nights and loved every minute of it. Staff were extremely kind, caring, friendly and accommodating, making sure every need was met. Pool was beautiful and we also had beach access. The kayaks and SUPS were fantastic as we snorkelled out the front of the resort. The resort provides reef shoes and snorkels, but we took our own. The resort activities were amazing. We loved the coconut and iki mata lesson, and the cooking class with cocktail making! Thank you so much for an amazing stay!!!

If you want to relax this is the place to stay in Rarotonga. The service is exceptional across the board - from the restaurant and reception through to housekeeping, gardening and grounds maintenance. The resort is very clean and well maintained. It deserves its 4.5 star rating. A special mention to the restaurant - one of the best dining experiences on the island, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Big shout out to Janet, Justin, Kalesi, Rho and Hanna for looking after us so well. In terms of our accommodation - clean, private spacious with our own dipping pool and plenty of outdoor seating.

My family stayed here in Room 16 from 8-11th of July. We would like to thank the resort for taking great care of us! We felt like we are part of their family. The cleanliness and upscale facilities of the resort is worth every bit. The location is superb plus no dogs will chase you in the night if you want a peaceful stroll at night. Thank you to Toby the gardener (he made us feel welcome and treated us wonderfully also we love hearing his stories of being a previous fisherman who takes care of turtles), Grace the receptionist (from the time we arrived she has given tips, advices, and welcomed us like no other resort - yes we came from another resort), Joseph, Densil, and a Filipino guy in the restaurant who greets us with a warm smile everytime we have breakfast.

This is only for the spa part of the resort. My sister booked me for a facial here as a birthday treat. The beautician who gave me the facial did not speak to me at all. I was unaware of the products or treatment she would be giving me so a cryo facial was extremely cold, but she did not let me know at all. Lots of rest periods between products but that wasn't explained either.

Beautiful room and incredible staff! Janet, Justin and Joseph were especially helpful! A wonderful stay with the whole family. We had 3 rooms and the set up meant that the kids could safely walk between them. We snorkeled right off the beach on calm days.
