Shortly after arriving I realised my suitcase was damaged during transportation, I spoke with reception to see if a maintenance person could assist me with its repair, Daris then arrived and took the suitcase and he advised he could see what he could do. Shortly after her arrived with a replacement case and said this maybe safer than a repair. He went above and beyond my expectations for such a situation. He was very kind and helpful. Pleasant stay If you're on a budget, this hotel is a good option. Room was clean, minimalist industrial interior, sufficient amenities, room a little bit dark, but still okay, no views outside the window Bathroom, no separate between shower and closet, so the bathroom will get wet and slippery, other than that, the bathroom quite spacious, so it's comfortable to bath Walking distance to Malioboro, didn't take breakfast, because i prefer local culinary.
