The room was really nice, the bed and pillows are comfortable, everyone was really nice and warm. Retsu helped us a lot during our stay.

Despite the inconveniences like the bathroom and toilet being far away, at least I can say that the room was clean, albeit cramped. The climbing up and down stairs to the bed was challenging to say the least. I found the price to be too high for what is offered. I paid less for a spacious hotel room with a private bath. Also, the laundry service they suggested ruined my silk shirt and never informed me. Another shirt was poorly ironed. Avoid Zona Laundry Express at all costs!

Very clean, great hotel for the price, good location next to the river and not far from the center. I recommend it.

There is still a strong smell of paint, probably because it is still newly operational. There is no elevator in this hotel. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets on each floor.
Just a suggestion for the hotel staff to check the soap in the bathroom more often and make sure that the area in front of the bathroom is not slippery.
This hotel is quite comfortable and the staff are very helpful.
The location is not too far from the city center.

The room was clean, the service was 9/10, very friendly, helpful with lifting luggage, the location is strategic, close to everywhere, the only downside is that the bathroom was a bit dirty because it's a public bathroom. But overall, it was top notch.

The location is very convenient to go anywhere and close.
The service is okay, the people are nice, polite and friendly.
The cleanliness is lacking, maybe because there are too many people staying, plus it coincides with a long holiday so it is understandable.
The facilities are very lacking, such as no soap, even though there is a fan (blower) but the room is hot, some of the toilet doors are also broken.
