Service: friendly but not welcoming Rooms: big Cleanliness: okay Breakfast: a variety of stuff / buffet style Location: outside of the city centre but still good Price: okay Wifi: not bad not great Service - It’s hard to write this because we have the feeling that staff is not unwilling but simply just nod adequate. A couple of examples. When we arrived the doorman came and said hello but very awkward. Then stand there and looked at us without offering help while we were struggling with our luggage. During check out we asked for someone to came pick up our bags. No one came. We needed to ask again. In totally waiting 30 minutes. In the meantime our Gojek was waiting. Very frustrating. When we wanted to extend it was again a hassle. Overall they are friendly but not welcoming. Their English wasn’t also not that great. So all together difficult in the service. Staff should be better trained. Rooms - very spacious. Bathroom is good, big size. Clean enough, but staff should take dirty plates as soon as possible and not after 2 days. Breakfast - buffet style. It’s okay. The omelet is tiny. When you arrive during “rush hour” no where to sit. And annoying that the pool is so close to the tables. Children making noise and everything wet while we tried to enjoy breakfast. So not terrible, but definitely some things to improve.
