Excellent experience here, my sister and I took my Mum for a spa break (birthday treat) on 4th November. We had a great massage, a delicious three course meal in the evening and a nice choice of breakfast options the next morning. The hotel is huge, old style but well maintained and the room and decor very nice and comfortable, spotless clean too. Value for money and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We will return early in 2024 for another similar spa weekend.

The room was lovely - a stunning view of the gorgeous sunsets again the backdrop of the city. It was very clean and charming. The workout/gym/spa area was a delightfully unexpected extra. The food was excellent - lots of choice at reasonable prices. (And a huge breakfast was included.) Easily accessible to much downtown including the beautiful cathedrals. What made it most exceptional - though - was the kindness and compassion of an amazing staff. What a wonderful welcome. Would definitely highly recommend.
