We've just returned from our 2nd stay this year at Lazy Waves and we now can't imagine staying anywhere else! We've stayed in room 9 Superior Sea View and room 5 Bijou Double Sea View. Both were fabulous stays. Yes the bijou room is small but it's very comfortable and has everything you need and the balcony is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the lovely sea views. A stunning property which is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. A great location close to everything. Fabulous quality breakfast - you will not go hungry! Jayne and Dean are such a lovely couple and their hosting is perfect - attentive and friendly but not intrusive. We will be back for sure!

Just came back from the best weekend in Newquay staying in Lazy Waves a big part of why me and my partner had the best time was our amazing hotel! The most welcoming couple, breakfast was 10/10, our room was amazing felt so luxury and had an amazing view to the beach. Felt like I was at home very chill and relaxed b&b. In the perfect location too, 1 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to all the bars, restaurants, amusements etc. 100% worth the price and more, if i could give more stars I would. Will definitely be coming back again in the future, thank you so much for giving us the best experience Xx

Absolutely stunning B&B highly recommend ideal location , had the room with a balcony stunning views , hosts Jane and Dean were both amazing, great choice of breakfast, would definitely go back.hope all goes well for deans operating on his shoulder.

We visited this fantastic B&B in April 19 and could not have been made more welcome by Jayne, Dean and their fab family. We are seasoned travellers and this is the best B&B we have stayed in. Spotlessly Clean everywhere. Fantastic home cooked breakfasts made to order with local products.

Lazy Waves presented by our hosts, Jayne & Dean, was exceptional. Our room had everything necessary and the bed was really comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights & the breakfasts were fantastic. There was nothing too much trouble for our hosts. Thanks Jayne & Dean for a wonderful stay in Newquay.

From the moment we made our booking, we were impressed. Jayne and Dean emailed straight away to confirm booking and to give some restaurant names incase we wanted to pre book. On arrival, we were greeted and shown to our room. We were over the moon with our accommodation. The B&B was immaculate and our room was amazing with French doors to a small balcony overlooking the bay and the most comfiest bed, ever. Happy days. The location is amazing, right opposite the Beach and 5 mins from the centre and shops and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious, we were given lots of choices and the service was brilliant. I can’t recommend this B&B enough. If your looking for clean, comfortable accommodation, in a great location with friendly and professional host, look no further. Can’t wait to return

Really enjoyed our weekend break at Lazy Waves Hotel, beautiful hotel, lovely and clean and gorgeous decor. The best breakfast choice, staff and hosts so attentive. Can’t wait to return - definitely recommend this hotel for a holiday in Newquay.

The breakfasts are amazing! Just wanted to get that out of the way lol. This place is magic, due to the hosts Dean and Jayne, who work so hard behind the scenes to ensure their guests have a relaxing and carefree break. Everywhere is clean, the bedrooms are lovely, beds comfortable, bathrooms sparkling. I have been lucky to travel the world, and stayed in some amazing places, but I have found my “go to” place actually in the UK. I will be going back as often as I can afford. PS The room I was in had a roof garden and I was lucky enough to be able to spend the whole day sunbathing in peace, with nothing to disturb me.
