Nice hotel. It is the best in this area. The environment and location are very convenient. The service attitude at the front desk is very good. The breakfast is really very good. But the room service of this hotel is really disappointing.

great place to stay
one of the friendliest hotels i have been at in a long time! rooms were very clean and they were on top of anything that was needed. breakfast was great with a lot of options. also close to so many things.

One of our best stays ever, as a family
The staff were really kind and helpful (particularly Felicia). We requested connecting rooms and they were kind enough to give us two adjoining rooms that were connected to each other (other hotels hadn't been able to fulfill our request).
The breakfast was excellent. The place was clean and smelled good. We used the indoor pool and the gym. The price was quite reasonable.

The staff were amazing and accommodating. Breakfast didn’t have a lot of options. Just sausage patties that didn’t look cooked. The eggs and biscuits were good. Overall I would definitely stay again. Oh and the kids enjoyed the pool kind of small but they didn’t mind. Thanks guys!!!

Not quite what i expected.
The floor had some sort of brown clumps that i kept feeling under foot. I picked some up and put them in the trash.
The bed was too firm. Maybe i am too picky, but i love my memory foam.
Breakfast was fairly limited on non - sweet options. Staff was all very pleasant.

Our room appeared to be very clean and well kept. Front staff was well-mannered and welcoming. Loved the stand in shower vs a sit in tub. Dresser furniture slightly outdated, but not really a concern. King size bed is perfect for two without feeling cramped. There are a few fast food dining options near by, very close to a Walmart and dollar tree, as well as a gas station & store within walking distance. I’d recommend this hotel.
