The Chart House is quaint and charming. The first floor decor is welcoming. The parking is great. Love the location in the historic district and proximity to good restaurants. Unfortunately, breakfast isn’t available on weekdays. The single rooms are small and a chair would be nice.

Great Stay
This was one of the best B&Bs that I have ever stayed in. The owner was so responsive to all my requests... and to have free coffee in the room and free parking right in downtown Newport was awesome.

Stay At the Chart House Inn
The Chart House B and B has really nice sized rooms and multiple options for private baths. Our room was super clean and the host/owner was so helpful and responsive to my questions/requests

Very peaceful, clean and comfortable...The inn was walkable to the harbor, shopping and dining. We just wish they had breakfast. We thought breakfast was included but found out before we got there that they don't serve breakfast during the week. There were breakfast options close by.

Free parking with clearly marked spots. Perfect location in city center.
The breakfast was made to order, served to the table and lots of options and amazing quality.
The bed was very comfortable and our room has beautiful bathroom. Very friendly staff ❤️
