My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is because they hold events and the noise was loud until 12 on a Sunday. Couldn't sleep.

The hotel is in the perfect location, clean, modern, and generally very nice. The restaurant on site is one of the best I’ve ever visited. A real ironing board and iron would have been nice, but otherwise this is a fantastic stay!

We loved that this hotel was in the heart of downtown and parking was easy and reasonably priced, which is hard to find during the summer season! The room was perfect for my fiancé and me.

Nice new hotel. Right in the middle of everything. It has great views. Basicly modern minimalistic. Rooms have essentials but lack coffee makers, refrigerators, microwaves. The hotel makes up for it in the condition of the rooms, coffee in the loby and being close to everything.

The hotel was in a perfect location
Very beautiful property
Especially likes the outdoor patio overlooking the water.
Staff was very friendly
My only complaint was our room needed a touch up paint job
Had a bit of wear and tear.
We have stayed here before in a different room that was perfect .

A bit pricey, but that’s Newport in the high season. Loved the industrial chic decor. Very comfy lobby with multiple seating arrangements. Super convenient location. Guisto, Italian restaurant adjoining the hotel, is excellent.

Location , location, location !
Would be nice if the hotel provided breakfast for the price per night you think they would, or atleast have a little cafe.
