The only thing wrong with our lovely room was the temperature. At bedtime it was 78degrees. There was no effective way to turn on the air conditioning..

Absolutely loved my stay here! Perfect location to do the Cliff walk and enjoy the mansions of Newport. Staff were so lovely. Breakfast was delicious and the wine & canapés each day at 5-6pm was a lovely touch. I enjoyed them in front of the fire. The room was excellent! I stayed in the Lark suite; huge tub, gorgeous marble bathroom, a lovely gas fireplace that kept the room warm and cozy. Very clean. And homemade chocolate chip cookies available each evening by the tea/coffee station. Wonderful! Will return!

We had such a wonderful stay here. We were given the Cliff Suite which is in a cottage across from the main house. I would happily live in there, the decor was beautiful and the jet tub was big enough for 3! We arrived late after our flighty was delayed and the keys left out for us. The breakfast was delicious and different each day. It was lovely to have a coffee by the fire. We will definitely be back if we return to the area.

Amazing! The stay was amazing from start to finish. Me and my fiancé were greeted at the desk almost immediately with a very warm welcome. We were told our room would be ready in a few minutes which gave us time to explore the property a little bit more. The area was beautiful and was overlooking the water. The room was stunning, and the bathroom was immaculate. They keep the property very clean and you can tell the people who work there truly care about the property and guests. Katie was amazing and so cheerful. We will definitely be back!
