Upon Check in Kim Greeted us with a BIG Smile. We had purchased a package deal with wine, cheese, meats, Crackers with also 2 Tickets for two Mansion Tours. Kim had it all prepared. Offered to have someone carry our bags up to our room. We didn’t need the help but service like this wins customers. Breakfast was good at the two other location they own all together on the block. Would go back.

The inns are adorable and in a good location with a short walk or drive to lots of amenities. Each room is a little different, which I thought was cute! The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. They also have several lots to park in (which are free), and I was always able to find a spot. I would recommend the inns if you're looking for something a little different while in Newport!

This is our second stay at this wonderfully quaint bed and breakfast. I love the rooms here as they are well appointed and very clean. The staff is over the top friendly. Kim, is an incredible hostess. She goes out of her way to ensure that you have a fabulous stay and have everything that you need. The breakfast changes daily. The pancakes were sooooo good! My husband had four. Plus quiche, fresh fruit and an assortment of cereal and baked goods are presented daily. Great way to start the day . I highly recommend this Inn.

The room was very small but comfortable enough. Breakfast was great. No hot water available at 7 pm on the Saturday night we were there. Had to go out without taking a cold shower as my husband did. Thank goodness we weren’t here for a wedding or special event. Really disappointing.

Went to RI for some touring with friends and stayed in the 2-bedroom suite. It was amazing. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and the suite came with a kitchenette which included a stove-top, microwave, and fridge. The staff was super accommodating and was able to provide us with an additional cot. The breakfast in the morning was also great. The Inn is was also within walking distance of the historical area and the mansions, so a great location. Would definitely stay again.

Feels almost like a B&B. It was a great experience and I would visit again. We loved the coffee and the pastries. It was very close to everything and parking was easy. The room was spacious and spotless.

Comfortable room... quiet, yet convenient location....cordial staff. Breakfast was great...and the Brazilian gent running/overseeing breakfast was supremely diligent and conscientious. Was in town for a wedding. Look forward to a future visit or 2.

Over $800 in total spent just for 1NIGHT. There was an error with our booking date that was CHANGED. We had to pay in person when we already paid online! The front desk lady is rude and nasty! We left early as well due to a roach and centipede in our room. Truly disgusted!!! Still waiting on refund too! Trust me if we wanted to spend this much we would have stayed a much nicer place (HOTEL) because there are better places around this area. Do not waste your time here!
