The staff at the Inn were so friendly and engaged. The breakfast was absolutely delicious each and everyday. We also thought that wine and cheese at 5 was so special. We had such a nice time mingling with the other guests and also the Inn keepers. Thank you for a wonderful stay at Almondy Inn.

We just returned from a fantastic anniversary weekend at the Almondy Inn. The inn was the perfect place to stay. Cozy, clean, and decorated for Christmas. The daily multi course breakfast and wine and cheese hour made us feel right at home. We really enjoyed spending time with the other guests and chatting with the Inn Keepers. A beautiful home away from home in Newport.

Just completed my 3rd trip to the INN in 2 years, and going again in August. Fabulous place with excellent service. The best breakfast I have ever had. Great rooms with the softest bedding I have ever slept in. Great location in Newport near the harbor. Staff is like family to me. Make sure you try Shelby’s Brioche Fruit Casserole.

Breakfast tasty and fresh. John and Laurence wonderful hosts and made our stay extra special while we celebrated my husband’s 65th bday. Fond memories made and we plan on going back. We had 60 degree days and enjoyed visiting with the other guests.

The Almondy Inn offers a convenient Downtown location, very clean, comfortable and charming rooms, friendly service and an excellent breakfast. Also, the Innkeepers are happy to share their knowledge of local attractions. And if you are lucky enough to taste Jerome's scones or Shelby's bread pudding, you are lucky indeed!

Stayed here for two nights. Hospitality was wonderful starting with the wine and cheese at 5 o’clock. Breakfast was delicious both mornings. We were in the Plantation room which actually had a view of the water. Please note that the shower control is completely separate from the bath bathtub.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Our hosts were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Each morning was a full and delicious breakfast. The bed was amongst the most comfortable I've ever slept in and the location is amazing. We have been to Newport 6 times, but this was our first time at the Almondy Inn. We will definitely be back!

Very friendly and accommodating, clean rooms and great food. Will definitely stay here again. Good on sight parking and within walking distance to all the Newport has to offer. Would definitely stay here again! Good price also. Very competitive.
