Very Happy with Our Week Our adult family stayed at the property for a week and would stay here again! We were very happy with the cleanliness and the place overall and the bathrooms and kitchen were updated and new. While Balboa is not the quietest place in the morning, the windows were the best we’ve experienced at keeping the plane noise out. We appreciated the waters and snacks the host provided. Thanks!

Wonderful property! We stayed at 8 on Onyx for a family trip with a 4 year old, teens, and adults and we had the best time! The location was perfect for shopping and going out to eat, the walk to the ferry was easy also. The property was beautiful, very clean and exactly as described in the posting. We loved everything about the property and will be staying again on our next trip to Balboa! Megan

Great location on Balboa Island without a view. House was well furnished with many added nice touches. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Owner/Manager was very responsive.

Spring Break Property provided plenty of space for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped. It had everything we were looking for. Property manager was attentive and easy to work with. Great location! A short walk to all restaurants and shops.

8 on Onyx Cheerful and roomy upstairs condo on Balboa Island just one block from the main drag. The unit was clean, spotless and very comfortable. We were sad to leave one day early due to high ocean waves the following day. It’s an occasional stop for us since we arrive by boat.
