Wonderful, restful stay The check in was so easy and friendly! The room was spacious and comfortable (although I prefer a harder mattress) and everything was clean and easily accessible. We're sad that we couldn't stay and enjoy the pool or fitness center, but we did get a delicious breakfast!

I was traveling for a tournament so we were exhausted and came in late. The hotel checkin was fantastic. The sweetest lady you've ever met. One the way to the rooms we smelled ****. Inside the room, it was humid and smelled musty. I showered hoping I can just sleep it off and the soap was disintegrating int he packet. The water would not drain. I noticed how dirty the bathroom was. I checked the photos that I booked and it looks nothing like where I was sitting. It was then I decided to leave and go to another hotel. Because I did not follow their protocol on addressing the issues, even though ******* called on my behalf, I am being refused a refund. Please read most recent reviews. Do not stay here unless you absolutely must. I absolutely knew this was not a safe, clean environment for my son and I to be in for the next two nights. This hotel is individually owned so there is no way to receive a refund unless the manager approves. The hotel owner lives in the hotel and there is no way to get ahold of him for issues. We are currently in talks with Choice Hotels who have reached out to this manager multiple times without a response. The manager claims she has not heard anything and I'm lying. This is an absolute mess and should not be 8/10 on *******. All ******* offered was $30 for me to book another hotel. They did not help me or assist in any way.

the housekeeper offered to clean the room on the second day, we asked for it until the next day, but He didn't. He didn't clean our entire stay, and He didn't offer to take out the trash or fresh towels.

I had a reservation for a nonsmoking room. Upon check-in, the room smelled horrible, like smoke. I went to the front desk to get my room changed. They were nice to change my room, BUT the next room smelled horrible also, like smoke. I wouldnt recommend this hotel due to the smell of smoke in the rooms, especially if you arent wanting to smell it.

This property is disgusting. The pictures are not an accurate representation of the property. The pool water is so dirty you can’t even see through it, our room smelled like smoke. The carpet is coming up, the carpet is stained, the walls are damaged. Oh and in my breakfast I found a hair in the eggs. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, but the hotel itself could use an overhaul. Would not stay here again or recommend.

First room had dirty laundry in a drawer. The replacement room had a leaking sink, stained carpet and was generaly not clean. Hall ways were dirty and the eggs at breakfast had hairs. Overall a very unpleasant place.
