Not the best!
Booked this for one of my employees who was working in the area. When he arrived he was shown to a room in the roofspace that had to duck all the time due to the amount the roof came into the room. Booked a room with a private bathroom but he was shown a bathroom along a public corridor, not exactly private! Then the bar was noisy until about 0130 when he was trying to sleep as he was up early in the morning. Needless to say he wasn't very happy!

Kitchen not open on Monday or Tuesday and do not serve breakfast midweek, only weekend, not ideal for business stay. Clean and comfortable.

Went for family celebration lunch and we weren’t disappointed! Food was really good - chips were perfect! (As was everything else). Friendly, quick service, clean and lovely dining settings. An extra special touch was a surprise celebration pudding brought out for my son, who had just graduated. Thank you, hope to be back again very soon!

We visited for food on route to a show in Aberdeen 3 of us had Fish n Chips, we asked for breadcrumbs other than batter ,(kitchen was very accommodating) absolutely scrumptious, my godson had a burger which he enjoyed too. Puddings were lovely, (again the kitchen was accommodating and made a dairy free Eton mess for myself just yummy ) All staff were very courteous and a great atmosphere and service within the hotel , easy parking and much less hassle than going to Aberdeen to eat . Would throughly recommend

Lovely meal - well presented and staff very attentive. One of our party had the carvery and it was excellent. The sundaes were huge and very good value. Very busy so book to avoid disappointment. Toilets spotless.
