Nothing much going around in terms of food but there is a snack bar at the lobby with microwave

Hotel, staff and location ideal for the train station and tram. Only a trams ride away from the restaurants and beach. However, the breakfast was very basic. Lacking in variety, one fruit option and no sausages although they advertised them on their literature/ photos.

The second time I stayed here. Very pleasant stay. Buffet breakfast is good . Location is good if u come by train . Rooms are a bit small . Toilets with glass walls my not be suitable for everyone

As you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Only stayed one night. No complaints.

Good hotel with good location ( near Newcastle train and tram). They charge for Parking which is more better if free 🥹 Overall is good, nice breakfast!

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didnt like was not having any air flow in the corridors, it was stifling and uncomfortable. The other thing that would be nice would be instructions on how to operate the air conditioner in the room. Other than that the staff where nice and friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable, the hotel situated close to restaurants.

Simple and clean hotel with breakfast included. Our go to hotel in Newcastle as it is priced competitively and quite new and clean.

Great hotel and prices. Would recommend it to anyone. Getting the room through Trip was as easy as and checking inn was even easier. Definitely recommend all of this experience to anyone.

Very good service and breakfast buffet was great. Although the thermostat to the air conditioning was a little difficult to use.
