Turned up around 4.30pm to book in and somehow the dates changed from my original dates that I'd put in and I didn't notice when confirming,hands up my fault, The young said no problem we have a room anyway and so proceed to take me through the process of managing my dates on the website which was much appreciated so don't get me wrong, the service from the young lady was impeccable, what made my jaw hit the floor was the extra £80 I had to fork out for the same room!! Granted it my mistake but an extra £80 on top of my original £64 is unjust, that really took the wind out of my sails and affected my enjoyment of my stay unfortunately, just to be clear though the actual facilities, room and everything else I never had a problem with
