Lovely setting for a wedding, food was great, the view was spectacular. The only issue was I arrived the morning of the wedding, I was told when booking I could check in earlier at no extra cost. This was t the case when I arrived, I was told I could get ready in the rest rooms. And leave my bag in the luggage room. Not idea at all when I had been told different.

Despite the poor reviews we were pleasantly surprised with our accommodation. The Haven is located at the far end of the promenade past the car park. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We had a very large bed which was very comfortable. There was no fridge but that wasn't an issue for us as we only stayed for one night. Overall we had a good experience.
