Staff are lovely & welcoming
Stayed a few times now although last time. I stayed in room 109 it wasn’t very warm through the night although all other rooms I’ve stayed in have been nice and warm not sure what the cause was

Cheap, but you get what you pay for (basic amenities and shared toilets/showers down corridor). Kettle not working on arrival, but staff was very helpful and quick to replace.

You won't get any cheaper for a room for the night, great if you drive as 10mins to city centre, only negative is mattresses aren't very comfortable. But for the price you cant complain

The location was good and thats about as good as it got.
The room is very very basic with no kettle in the
room.
The bed was shocking it was clean but very lumpy due to the springs being gone.would i stay here again NOT A CHANCE.

Everything in the hotel is basic. It goes with the price. Bathroom are separated from the bedroom
We had to walk to the end of a long corridor to reach toilet n shower. Not the cleanest either. Ok for a night or 2.

I will get the only negative thing out of the way, you don't have a toilet/ shower in your room. they are shared facility at the start of the corridor. First time in years I have not had en-suite, it wasn't the end of the world but it was a bit strange. The room was very clean as was all the public spaces, it looks as if has just been done up. The bed was comfortable and there was a bit of space in the room. It is next to a Toby pub, so we went there for dinner and for breakfast. It is very near to a Metro station so easy to get about. A good place to leave your bag and to rest your head once you have had a night out in Newcastle.

This place is basically a homeless shelter door repaired where people had broke in poor quality shared toilets i drove 160 miles rather than stay here they are housing homeless council contract not worth 35 should be around 10 dont stay here

I stayed here with my friend for the weekend as we were attending a concert in Sunderland. The staff were very friendly, room was clean as were the facilities. The location was also perfect as only 12 minute walk to the metro where you can explore Newcastle and surrounding areas.
