Customer service was good. Drinks ok. The room curtains were hanging off the rail. Lots of cobwebs above the curtains. A very dull coloured room needs a full refurb. The bed is very uncomfortable. Bathroom very dated.

I had an early morning flight and wanted the least worry option for making the flight. I chose the Britannia primarily because of its location but was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. The staff were very helpful and courteous, the prices of food and drink were very reasonable which was another eye opener as I’ve encountered the kind of airport hotel overpricing that normally entails travelling. All in all it was probably the best value for money hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been all over the world.

Loved the convenience being so close to the airport and every staff member was very helpful and friendly especially the man who let us leave our luggage until we checked in later.
The hotel is older but it has a lovely a**osphere and everything you need for a stay.
I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Rooms very basic but value for money. Staff are lovely on reception very helpful.
Stayed last night in a family room on way back from Turkey woke up this morning and there was one tea bag! Pillows hard found soft ones this morning when it was too late.

We had a very pleasant night's stay at this hotel prior to our holiday flight. Although dated room and bathroom were spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Lovely clean towels and toiletries provided. Although right beside sirport the room was well quite soundproof so heard little air raft noise. Would have no hesitation in staying again.

Room very dated, curtains were thick of dust, bath was dirty as we're the tiles in shower. Shower was so old I was frightened to try it.
We ate but didn't have anywhere specific to sit, food was very reasonable priced and very quick to come to the table.

The receptionist was very helpful and very nice. The hotel room was a little bit smaller than expected.
I asked for a free parking and they supported us with it so was very nice of them. The bar and the restaurant are a very nice as well. The location is very good if you have a car.
I asked for a baby cot and we found it on arrival being put in our room.

Ideal fit our early morning flight.
Clean and tidy room

Ideal walking distance to airport
Could do with updating tv in bar area as only terrestrial channels so had to watch rugby on iPad

The duty manager and dining room staff were excellent.

Got to say I was pleasantly surprised with how good this budget priced airport hotel is. Great location, with an enormous parking area. Yes the rooms are a little outdated and could do with a touch of tlc but everything you might need for a short stay is truly supplied.

The location was perfect for the airport. We were arriving after 2330 hours which is when we were told by our booking agent t that the room would definitely be held. We rang reception at the Hotel many many times, nobody picked up. Eventually we went to Britannia booking agents who gave us an email address to use. This we had a reply to. When we arrived to check in nobody was in reception for 6 minutes. The facilities were tired. The bed squeaked so badly little sleep was possible. The bath did not have a plug no no bath either. We didn’t have food, we ate elsewhere. Maybe another room would have been better.
