Staff generally friendly and decent breakfast , good location . Value for money stay ideal for a stopover

Convenient location in city centre, the room was same as shown on the photos, spacious. Comfortable stay.

Cobwebs on ceiling, ripped bedding and plug sockets that did not work. Booked for a family room and ended up with a standard room with the other bed squeezed in between the double bed and the desk.

The drains smelt awful in the bathroom, had to have the window open all night. Room felt unclean because if the smell

I recently stayed at Trevelodge for a four-night business trip, and overall, it was a delightful experience. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days of meetings. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore local attractions and dine at nearby restaurants. Public transportation was also easily accessible.

Fellow travelodge receptionist here of 7 years and I’m impressed with the hospitality with some of the staff I encountered. I was here for a funeral for my uncle with my family so had booked a few rooms for us. There were no complaints about the rooms from them and me so that was good. Lovely service from lily when checking in, nic and kamila on the bar cafe team were lovely as well. Only one thing I would say is please let there be a number for guests to call to reach the reception team as there was a queue of people waiting for the reception and no one could reach them. Apart from that I will definitely be returning when back to visit my family again.

Myself and my son arrived 1pm, paid for early check in as we had been travelling a lot, on route to our room came across a very drunk couple stumbling around the lobby which we didn’t expect on a Thursday afternoon. Family Room great, clean, beds are so comfy, tv I think could be bigger for a family room, plus my son is visually impaired so had to sit right in front of tv to be able to watch it as it’s a really small tv. Went out for dinner and on the way out about 4.30pm we see the very drunk man from earlier walking past us in the lobby wearing nothing but a pair of small tight boxer shorts! We get to the lift and there’s a pair of dirty boxers on floor absolutely disgusting! I know travelodge can’t control guests behaviour but there is cameras on each floor surly they will have noticed him? I would have laughed about it but as I was with my son I thought it was highly inappropriate. I know it’s not entirely travelodges fault but you don’t expect that kind of behaviour on a Thursday afternoon. Apart from that rooms were great we had breakfast which is lovely so yummy. Would come again as location is great.

Demi Dan & Curtis are brilliant. Couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Clean room, quiet but great location. Parking a great option too. Pizza was fantastic. We so need a selfie before we leave. Shame lioness lost to France Thank you so much
